Re: Solo: Recent Acquisitions

Found and picked up the Wampa at Target earlier this evening. Opened him up and was quite pleased with it. The one negative was it seemed like a waste of packaging. They could've just as easy put Luke and Wampa in a deluxe carded package instead of the box.

Re: TVC 2018 Figures

I picked up three of the Hoth Rebel Troopers this afternoon. Found one at one GameStop and two at another. This was the only figure out of this wave that I wanted and probably Wave 2 as well. This also completes my Hoth Rebel Troopers. The army is complete

Re: Recent Finds/Acquisitions: Vintage/SOTDS

I found a loose AT-AT Commander at a local comic shop for $4.99 this afternoon. He had his goggles but not his helmet or blaster. I may track down a helmet for him or get creative and use one from an AT-ST driver

Sweet. May have to pick up some of the figures to use as custom fodder. Heads will come in handy for Star Wars customs, bodies not sure yet.

Re: Potential Forum-Con Meet-up Discussion

It is our 20th this September. Congratulations to you. We figured that if we drove straight through to Niagara Falls, it would take a little over 12 hours. How long does it take you? 19 years for me and my spouse this year. And congrats on 10 years! Congratulations to you too. Congrats! Don't go ov...

Re: Jurassic World Mattel Line

Are the heads ball jointed like SW figures or are they more like Thor or the movie Green Lantern figures?

Re: Potential Forum-Con Meet-up Discussion

Wine tour or a failed reinactment of Superman? Hahahahaha. Probably the first part. Actually our 10th Anniversary is this year. It was last week. April 8th to be exact. The thing with spring anniversaries is that the weather is too unpredictable sometimes. So we figured we would hit up Niagara Fall...

Re: Potential Forum-Con Meet-up Discussion

JawaKing I'd be up for a meet and greet still. Maybe shoot for sometime in summer. Maybe in June or July when you're not already obligated. Again, either Saturday or Sunday works for me. Utinniii when I do take my first road trip to Niagara Falls, it will be with the wife and I'm pretty sure she ha...

jeep1.jpg jeep2.jpg jeep3.jpg jeep4.jpg I'm not saying a really big crossover photonovel is on my to-do list...BUT.... Those look awesome. I remember some concern if they were within scale of Star Wars figures. I see that they are. Is Dr. Grant's hat removable? If not, it would make a great c...

You know (probably not) that I'm a graphic designer by trade, and contracted to a silkscreen company. Mostly what I do is design t-shirts. When we have a plan, I'll get sizes. Re: Black Series: 6" Scale Figures

After my hunt for new figures today, I added Rey (Island Journey) and Porgs (almost missed those as the box is about the size of a box of condoms) to my collection. I laughed so hard when I read this. I was going to comment on what style or brand and probably some sort of joke about it. As I was ou...

Re: What Do You Plan To Pick Up?

Not really interested in a lot of the stuff coming out (mainly the Wampa, probably TVC Hoth Rebel Trooper, and possibly Enfry's Nest and swoop) but I still like to look and see what there is. Stopped at a Target after work. What did they have? Nothing. No signs of anything new. However, the had seve...

Re: Sail Barge - Fully funded and then some!

I would say two guards (since you have plenty to chose from), Boba Fett, Yakface, a Bar2-D2, Slave Leia, and J'Quille. Thankfully I had the foresight to pick up a second Leia when she came out in the Legacy collection. J'Quille is a good choice as is Tessek and Ree Yees. I'm hoping Hasbro blesses u...
