Re: Yakfinities #63 - Rogue... Rogue One

There have been some amazing customs this round. Kudos to everyone (the U-Wing is amazing!). I've had little time, things have been exceptionally busy in the Starchaser household. I had all but given up on posting anything for this contest, but then I had a quick idea for a simple head swap that mig...

Re: Yakfinities #62 - Expanded Universe (Pre-Disney)

Utinniii -really nice job on the Codru-Ji and on the earlier Elomin. Your use of the Night King was perfect (I just ordered one to modify) and using the modern Cheetara as the base for a female Codru-Ji works amazingly well (I guess I have to hunt one of those down as well :D ). Great job on these....

Re: Yakfinities #62 - Expanded Universe (Pre-Disney)

This, my final custom of 2016, has been in concept phase for a very, very long time. I assembled the parts and developed the design more than two years ago. This contest was the impetus to finally put it all together. Without further adieu, Odan Urr: http://i1377.photobucket.com/albums/ah76/DocStarc...

I've been really quiet for the last six weeks or so, sorry:( The entries have been wonderful, with too many to comment on. Brilliant job everyone.

Re: Black Series: 3-3/4" Scale Figures General Discussion

I'm sure hoping one is Ponda Baba - he's one of very few I still would like. As for army builders, ebay seller tunghori recently had more than a couple old republic troopers. Here's hoping its a sign of things to come.

Re: Yakfinities #62 - Expanded Universe (Pre-Disney)

Love the new entries! I'm kind of a sucker for the Jarael/Carrick story-line so Haazen is a great character (and well executed too, I might add). Nice job on the female Vong as well.

Great customs so far! There's a lot of Wookies here... Because Wookiees are awesome :D darthapathy - nice job on Tojjevvuk. I like the Rogues as well. Mousedroidhoojib -"Arica" looks great, she really captures the reference images I have seen. Mandalore25 - Sifo-dyas turned out excellent....

Re: Yakfinities #62 - Expanded Universe (Pre-Disney)

Gaeriel Captison turned out really nice mousedroidhoojib. She was a great character and it's great to see her as a figure in this scale. Great sculpting work! GrandMoffHux14 - while the Ghost isn't pre-Disney, the "cobbled together" custom looks pretty good. When my son was little he would...

Re: Yakfinities #62 - Expanded Universe (Pre-Disney)

And mousedroidhoojib draws first blood! Really nice job on Lando. I hadn't remembered this iteration of the character, but you captured his appearance in the reference image really, really well. I'm always amazed with your seamster abilities. kudos!
