I think the problem is more to do with that particular figure not being any sort of upgrade over the other one; in fact it's worse than the ROTS mold in my opinion (and the helmet, even without yellowing is a disaster).

However, the mold they're using for the new Phase One clone is outstanding - from top to bottom. I don't see that figure pegwarming at all if it were made in the same quantities of availability as the Phase Two version.

Got my Mace Windu and Nikto Jedi today. My God what a head sculpt for Windu, it's absolutely amazing. They did leave room for a slight articulation improvement though, the hips. I wouldn't mind that articulation since the joints would be concealed by the skirt. Same with the Nikto.

Received the last lot of my order from HTS, 2 Senate Guards today, they shipped them inside a bubble mailer and of course the cards and bubbles were all creased, bent and crushed . Fortunately I am an opener and the figures were fine. Here are a few pictures, amazing!

I got in two Senate Guards like that today too! Since I'm an opener, it doesn't matter to me either, but it's because they split my order. The first part arrived yesterday in a box, then part two today in a bubble mailer...

I received mine yesterday too, called HASBRO...they refunded my money and didn't ask for the figure back and even offered free shipping on my next Senate Guard....they did say, those envelopes were being phased out.

I'm actually ok with this, it helps cut down on the scalpers, as for those who complained and got there figures for free you should be ashamed.

I didn't ask to get the figure for free, but I did pay for something....its like buying a new car and dealer saying, ah dont worry about those dings....let me put the dings in.

I got my shipment from HTS yesterday
at first I was a bit annoyed by how it was packed in the box but after seeing what they did with your order, I am totally over it now
