2012 Vehicle: Multi Troop Transport Droid Carrier

Saw it in The Entertainer today and the less articulated BD's i could see window of the box didn't look too bad, they just look like they need a paint wash.

Probably just gonna go ahead and order this bad boy online and get it over with. There's no telling when the retail stores will stock these on shelves and I hear either Target or TRU has decided to charge $159.99 for it, which is ten dollars higher than I thought.

I wont bore you with pictures of what the thing looks like out of the box since we already know

but you might be wondering how the included Battle Droids compare to the older molds in our collections




the 16 unarticulated droids all have a slot on the back to allow the blaster to plug into
the 4 others have backpacks that are directly molded on so they wont fall off ever, but they do not have a place to store the blaster other than holding it

Oh so the poseable BD's are new molds too, whats their articulation like?

swivel arms and legs, ball jointed head

no elbows, no knees, no ankles

So not fully poseable like the box says!

they probably count them as fully poseable since they have been reducing the articulation every chance they get and they want to condition us to it

Can't wait to get my MTT. Pre-posed statues or not, I like the included figures. They add extra value to an already overpriced vehicle.

Even the eBay prices are getting a lot more reasonable. Saw one MIB and ready to ship for $159 and that includes S & H.

Guess they're starting to make the rounds in large enough numbers to start driving the cost down.
