That's a beautiful looking sculpt, but the articulation sounds pretty pathetic. I'll still get one to try and customize but it's just unbelievably lame that Hasbro's taken these shortcuts with such an anticipated character/figure. :x

Fantastic looking figure. Don't care about the leg articulation... as long as he stands up, it's just fine. I'm not going to play with it. Now my son, that's a different story. He will want the legs to be articulated... and the Clone Wars figs are supposed to be geared to kids, right?

Crap, Chewie. Bummer about the articulation! This was the one clone wars figure I was looking forward to.

The only one I have so far is Asajj Ventress, which I like. But, man, if he can't even swivel his wrists, how can we give him cool gun poses with either pistols or the rifle? Ugh!!!

This is a bummer, but I will still probably get him. If nothing else, he makes a cool statue.

I forgot all about Cad Bane when I saw a ton of the new Joe figures at Target today... they rock. Much better than I had thought they would be... funny, Cad's a letdown, the Joe stuff is a pleasant surprise!

Cad Bane looks like a cool figure (I have this wave on order), but I agree about the articulation...that's my main issue with the CW figures. Even the ones that do bend at the knees don't bend very far...as popular as this line seems to be I don't know why they haven't improved them.

I think the lack of articulated knee joints goes back to the aesthetic Hasbro is trying to create for the CW line - and to be honest, it doesnt really bother me, lets just be happy that this line isnt as stylized as the original CW line of cartoon figures from the Tartakovsky series. While I still love that small line, I think fans would be furious if the modern CW figures were given the articulation of the older ones...

What articulation? LOL! You were lucky if an arm moved! I loved that line too but damn ya there was like zero articulation in those puppies!

Argyus is a cool figure, but that gun is ridiculous, there is no doubt that the CW line is geared toward kids...I'm a fan of Senate guards, in all their various forms, so I hope we get a grunt as well.

Thanks for sharing... you know, I'm not a real big fan of the animated figures, but Hasbro does appear to be getting better.

Also, a new pic of the Arf Trooper - which I actually DO like quite a bit.

Definitely is... I am thinking I'll get two and pop them onto some Scout Troopers or something.
