Skull Island Toys

Postby YAK_Chewie » Wed Jan 25, 2017 11:42 am

Saw these at Walmart this morning... not a collector aimed toy line, but something very kid friendly and VERY price friendly... 3.75" scale stuff... looks pretty fun to me.

Looks like a fun toy line for kids. :)

Yeah... if I were age 6-12, I'd probably really want these.

If this had articulated legs...I'd buy it.
And I wish those creatures in the boxed packs would be sold separate in a bigger size.

Yeah, same here on Kong. He's only $28 or something like that... his feet are articulated, but the legs would make him even better... like $35 range should have been doable and have done that?

Agreed on the creatures as well, though my son really likes these. He'll get Kong for his birthday, if not sooner.

I'm pretty sure I'll get those boxed packs once they go on sale or clearance. Those creature designs are cool IMO and will fit in to some diorama ideas I have.

Yeah, the creatures are pretty cool! I'm surprised actually at just how good they look... much more realistic looking than the figures. I might grab a couple sets too for myself - but my son really likes these too!

I saw these.

you get basically a slicked up CORPS figure, a vehicle of sorts that doesn't look half bad and diorama parts- for $9.84

if i were a kid i'd be all over these.

All the Walmarts around here sold out of Kong. I haven't seen one in weeks... the last one that I saw, I bought for my son to save for his birthday.

This line seems like a pretty good seller for Walmart.
