First look at a speeder bike in Epic, including Mando with the 9 POA that I've been suggesting for years, as a compromise between 5 POA and full SA. Curious to see if it drives more interest from consumers. A figure and vehicle for $20 might look better than a TVC figure for $17 to some fans.

I’ll honestly probably pick this up for use as a generic background speeder.

Totally agree about the price. If you’re buying for a kid, especially during Christmas, this is probably a good deal.

Yeah, as a gift giver, this would be more appealing than a single TVC figure, and you get far more playability out of it. With that being said, the best gift for 2024 still has to be the Blurrg set - my favorite item released this year!

My local Ross hasn't sold a single Mandalorian yet from what I can tell. They got them back in September.

Today, a stack of Darth Maul figures arrived to keep him company.

What a deal, was everything from Epic & Retro on clearance? I stopped by a Ross and all the SW figures were gone.

Yeah, it was just their TBS and Retro... obviously not much at those prices.

I did pick up a few Epic Hero Stormtroopers at a Walmart the other day for $5 each. I tossed the bodies... just wanted the helmets for a project

New short, not as thrilling - I think they might be trying to get younger consumers to army build.

Received the Moff Gideon that I ordered from Amazon (under $4), and it doesn't disappoint. Looks great, and feels properly scaled with TVC figures, considering his armor appears bulkier on screen, more so than a Stormtrooper for example. Again, near exactly what a POTF3 figure would be like, if the aesthetic were replicated today - he gives off that early EU vibe, as if he could be in a scene with the clone emperor or the Imperial Sentinels.

Brutus seems pretty tempting for a figure…I’m not sure TVC will get it or not, so I may need to get that one.

Saw the pack with Luke, Vader, Obi Wan, spirit Yoda and whatever else last week at Target. I do like they are increasing the articulation on the figures, but still not really interested in these.

I wish my Target had more pegs for the figures. They've got the 2.0 wave but only one peg and I don't want to be a dick and buy up the kids toys. Walmart is unfortunately drowning in figures due to their own idiocy. When the price was dropped from $10 to $8 they had half of the pegs at ten bucks and the other half at eight bucks. Guess which pegs are still full. It's too bad because they sold them out at least 10 times when they debuted and probably would've sold through what's currently on pegs if they'd had them listed at the correct price.

Bought the new multipack today since I had a $10 Target gift card.

Decided to make a small dent in the pegs and got the Darth Maul deluxe, Sabine Wren deluxe, Vizla deluxe, Gideon single carded, and the gideon vs bo katan 1 pack for like $25 all together.

That's a good deal. I've spotted some of the deluxe stuff on clearance as well, but I'm not eager to pick up the same characters I have in alternate lines, unless I'm really into the character, or the Epic release is fantastic. The Maul figure is tempting, to use as an EU version of him training on Dathomir.
