2011 CW Vehicle: Republic AV-7 Mobile Cannon

Was at TRU last night, and saw one of these on the shelf. I picked it up and looked at it (already have one), then noticed a lady walk by with a piece of paper with pictures of SW items on it... one of them was this... I asked her if she needed this, and she said she needed to get it for her husband for Christmas! I almost laughed out loud (she reminded me of my wife, ha ha) - I handed it to her and told her to have a Merry Christmas.

Yep, Hasbro has been completely off their rocker when it comes to case assortments with vehicles too!

It's always Jedi Starfighter galore... and when something new is made, they pack it one per case, with more Jedi Starfighters eating up shelf space... I don't get it.

It's been said many times in these forums... only a brand as popular as Star Wars could absorb all their stupid mistakes.

That's not a bad deal at all. Plus this is one of the more interesting CW vehicles, in my opinion. It's a hell of a lot better than the Jedi Starfighers that they keep repainting over and over.

Marshalls is now getting these in, along with Plo Koon's starfighter. $14.99 each.

I bought the lone cannon I saw, left the starfighter. Nobody on the planet has asked for another Jedi Starfigher since around 2009, but that's not something Hasbro wants to hear.

Yeah, forgot to report it but I saw a cannon at TJ Maxx as well a couple of weeks ago, same price as in Marshall's.

Found it at TJ Maxx today too, along with more older stuff that retailers couldn't sell... notice that there's not any collector stuff here... just kid stuff.
