What are your 10 most wanted Cobras you'd like to see in Classified Series?

Feel free to add descriptions to any of your choices, such as pack-ins.

*For those who don't know, there is some controversy surrounding Hooded CC and that Hasbro might shy away from that.

This was a lot harder to come up with ten than the other lists. First, I had to research the controversy on hooded Cobra Commander and who Dr. Venom was. I didn't know about the reason on the hood and I totally forgot about Dr. Venom. I'm ashamed that I didn't remember that character in the comics. So, here's what I came up
1) Cobra Commander (hood)
2) Dr. Venom
3) Scalpel-Cobra Medic
4) Wraith-Cobra Mercenary
5) Black Out-Cobra Sniper
6) H.E.A.T Viper
7) Night Viper
8) Rock Viper
9) Sand Viper
10) Incinerator-Cobra Flamethrower Troopers

I thought this was already pipelined, but when I went to check the rumor list, I didn't see it, so I definitely have to include this guy on my list.

I just saw the digital renders for Hydro Viper, Overkill, Zanya with the Chameleon, and Ninja Zartan

The silhouetted figure? Perhaps an Arctic Wild Bill? It's a very good wave... not quite perfect, but I'll buy most if not all of them.
