This would be tough since most of these would be considered Haslabs ($250+) and take up considerable space on the collecting shelves, but there are a few that I'd want for nostalgic reasons.

1. MOBAT
2. Firebat
3. Skystriker
4. Night Raven
5. Wolverine
6. Water Moccasin
7. Swamp Skier
8. Cobra Hydrofoil
9. Stealth Fighter
10. Thunder Machine

1) Thunder Machine
2) VAMP MKII
3) F.A.N.G
4) Polar Battle Bear
5) Wolverine
6) Water Moccasin
7) Chameleon swamp skier
8) Cobra STUN
9) Dreadnok Cycle (3 wheeler)
10) Cobra Moray

Honorable mention would be a few basic motorcycles for the Dreadnoks. No weapons or gimmicks, just basic Harleys

I like your list. These are relatively small and affordable.

The Snowcat was just announced as the next Haslab. While it personally isn't my #1 choice of vehicle, it is what it is. Not sure if I want to back it or not. Had the toy when I was younger and like Frostbite, but the Arctic Flint and Lady Jaye figures are disappointing in a way if I was going to back it. If I'm not, then I don't feel as if I missed out, so that's good. The bivouac looks cool, too, but it seems the Snowcat could have just been a regular release like the VAMP or Stinger.

I'm on the fence about the Snowcat, too. I didn't have it as a youngling because it came out when I was "too old" for toys. I think that instead of Lady Jaye and Flint, they should've chosen the two other Cold Weather troopers; Iceberg and Blizzard. Or, they could've made a new Cold Weather specialist or two. Code name Snowbunny and Frosty

The tiers for the Rattler are somewhat similar.
Get Wild Weasel
Tier 1: Patches (????)
Tier 2: Rattler Gunner (Basically a Cobra Infantry repaint), which is fine. Works with the Haslab.
Tier 3: Baroness (Pilot): Works with the Haslab, too. Could recreate Marvel Issue #34 with her in the gunner's seat (not sure if that's comic-accurate or cartoon-accurate).

To me, Instead of Tier 1 being patches, move tier 2 up and make tier 2 an Airplane Marshall and give him/her pylons.
