I got the box. Did a quick run through of it. Found some good stuff. Will go through it thoroughly once, add my goodies and a little money. Will send out no later than Saturday of next week. I have no idea who is next. Whoever is, please PM your address.

The box was sent this morning to johnmorog. I cleaned up things a bit, combing some like parts together and thinning out the number of bags in the box. I also exchanged all of the coins for helping to ship to Canada for cash. There is now $15 in the box to help when it heads to our friend in the North. I added a soft goods bag, various heads and a fair amount of weapons and accessories.

I am always a little baffled by some of the stuff people throw into the box. That said it is a lot better than it used to be. This is my third time participating and while I didn't have as much success in terms of finding useful stuff for me as I had previously I also thought the "WTF?!? Why would anyone throw this in there?!?" factor was probably the lowest it has been.

Thanks everyone! Count me for round 4!

I found a good chunk of what was left from the last box that I started (and threw in a bit of my own parts), so if I could be slotted in somewhere, I could add them to the box. (I'll post photos soonish of what I have to see if it is worth piling it on...) Or else I could even start a second box to circulate... Or I could just wait for the next round. My next surgery was postponed to November 2nd so as long as I know within the next couple of weeks, I can get it to the post office. Just wanted to let everyone know there are several pounds of figure parts out there still waiting to circulate.

A second box?! That's a great idea, if everyone else likes that I'm all for it!

If Roron is agreeable to this, if the second box is sent to Roron Corobb before he mails the first box to me, he can take photos of both boxes and only send me the stuff I'm interested. He can then combine the boxes and send everything to the person for round two.

I will skip round 2, and be the first person again for round 3. I will first sent to whomever was last for round 2 and he can combine the boxes.
This way the cost to Canada can be deferred for one round.
I can also better organize custom fodder for everyone. I can make a list of what I can make, the media used for it and if someone has a special request, I might be persuaded to make molds for things I don't have.
Let me know what you think.

In my opinion the only negative I see with combining the two boxes into one is that the size of the box will increase which means so will shipping. If we kept it at two smaller boxes the cost of shipping will be relatively lower.

Also I believe that a second box would give the opportunity to those who missed this round to get in on the action and give others a break to reload their fodder.

Just my two cents here

I would be in for another round as well. The first box has arrived at its destination per UPS tracking information. Johnmorog, did you get the box?

Wow, I see a few parts I'd love to do something with from that stock!!!! What are those three bodies in between Kirk and the Tusken on the bottom row? I've never seen those before ever!

Personally, I'm not much of a fan for the two-box system. It means less time for people to save up fodder, and it adds an additional cost if we're sending a second box around. Does it all not fit in a flat rate box anymore?

Those three are GI Joe Blind Master, someone (I think) from the Golden Compass toyline, and someone (I think) from the Game of Thrones toyline.

Darth Apathy - the helmet you asked about is from 25th anniversary GI Joe Ace, I believe.

I don't have a problem with combining these parts in with the main box or going with a two box system. Either works for me. I think the existing box is pushing the limits of flat rate boxes but those who have had it recently would be more able to address that.

Personally, I'd like to combine the boxes.
What people can do if the box won't close is post pics of stuff they think other's won't want like 5POA or duplicates (enough so there will be room in the box) and people can call dibs on any of that they want. This leftover stuff can be added to a new box later on. This way nobody misses out on anything good and everything is contained in one box which saves on shipping.
Since 75% or so won't be photographed, it will still be a Christmas surprise for whoever opens it.
