Although we never got to see it further progressed than a prototype, I have always been fascinated by the United States Air Force Boeing X-20 Dyna-Soar - a multi-function spaceplane early in the space race at a time when humankind was barely capable of launching ballistic capsules. While there have been multiple STS Space Shuttle style transformable robots in various franchises, I wondered what a Machine Robo/Machine Men/Gobots version of the X-20 might look like with modern articulation and more in scale with the Voyager Class of Hasbro's current Transformers line.

The prototype United States Air Force Boeing X-20 Dyna-Soar spaceplane was intended to be launched into orbit by an upper stage and booster Titan IIC rocket.
To accompany my Machine Robo/Machine Men/Gobots version of the X-20, I felt that I had to put together a complimentary transformable, multi-stage rocket that could combine with it, turning the entire stack into the equivalent of a Titan Class vehicle in Hasbro's current Transformers line, with the individual stage figures before combination standing roughly 26cm/10" tall in both robot and vehicle modes. Combined with the X-20, the stack stands roughly 70cm/28" tall.

Qi'ra represents Crimson Dawn's interests during the Millenium Falcon's journey to Kessel, charming her way into the Pyke control room, then using Teras Kasi to overpower her host, Quay Tolsite, to allow for her companions to steal precious unrefined Coaxium.

Inspired by Separatist Battle Droids, the Tagge Company developed the Z-X3 Droid Trooper to operate in extreme conditions not suitable for regular Imperial Stormtroopers. When further development was scrapped in favour of the Dark Trooper design, the Z-X3 prototypes found their way into private collections, including on Kligson's Moon, the so-called Droid World.
