HELP! Was the figure released any other way?

Ok, I did some looking but am just too lazy to search forever. Hoping some of you experts can help me out here.

I need to know if the 30th Anv. Tantive IV Stormtrooper was released any other time in any other line?

I do know that it is a reissue and cleaned up version of the evolutions Sandtrooper but that doesn't help me. I need two or three more of them and was wondering if it was ever put on a single card.
