Hi all, new to the boards but have admired the work from the many outstanding artists here for a loonngg-time. I'm into the Dark Times-era and was inspired greatly by Sith_fire's version of (bearded) Dass Jennir from Blue Harvest. Until I have the time to do a bearded version, I decided to try the clean-shaven version from the final story from this arc. I'm not certain the head works as well as I'd like it to. Any suggestions for an alternative? Thanks for taking a look!

Here's a version of Starkiller from TFU2. I wanted to include his shoulder/back armor for this costume, but had no fodder even similar to his look from the game and am completely unskilled at sculpting. It's not entirely screen accurate, but it'll have to work for now! Thanks for taking a look...

Great job on Dass!! That Matt Tracker head really looks good on there. I think your Starkiller looks awesome as well. As for the armor, best thing to do is practice. Sculpting takes time, but you can do it, just practice. Awesome stuff!!

Hi JediMerc and welcome to the boards.

Your Dass Jennir is awesome. If you asked me, I would not change anything. Looks very nice the way he is.
Galen Marek TFU 2: Very good realization of his Hero outfit. Even if he is not complete yet - as you stated -
he is great already. Good part selection and nice paint job. Keep it up!

Thanks to everyone for taking a look. I wasn't entirely sold on the head I used for Dass, but the longer I leave it, the more it seems to fit. Currently working on some smuggler/mercenary/Mandos; hope to have them posted soon...

It's been busy as h-e-double hockey sticks at home lately, but I managed to find some time to get a batch in over the past few weeks. I think these will be it for awhile: school beckons and the schedule won't ease up until late spring. Anyway, here they are:

I went minimal paint jobs on the next two. Here's a different attempt on Juno Eclipse (Rebel Officer); she also looks a bit like a smuggler captain...so choose your poison!

I gotta add the lovely lady, Mara Jade! I tried using the ROC Scarlett body---which is great---but it always looked too tall next to the other figs in my collection. So I decided to try going without the sleeveless arms and, though it's not exactly true to most images of her, it works for me! Credit goes to JonnyBoomBoom over at Rebelscum for inspiring this one!

Last one for awhile! As I've said before, I love the Dark Times storyline and recently attempted a Dass Jennir (post-Blue Harvest). I wanted a more rugged look for him heading into his next adventures and...I finally found the right head for this fella! A paint touch up to give him some grey and **voila!** Here's what I call my "Infinities" Dass Jennir ("Jedi Mercenary"):

Very awesome bunch man and selection of parts..
Juno: Great figure, I like the use of parts and the outfit works great. It is hard to find lower and upper legs for female customs.
Random Smuggler: Very unique, the upper armor fits him well. He has the look and feel of Cage Skywalker..
Mara Jade: Nice use of the phoenix head, and good paint touch on it. I used he same head for my Mara Jade.
Dass Jennir: Good choice of parts specially the head. Like the boots and the cyborg arm. Looks like he has had a rough time after the clone wars..

That's some very impressive work you've posted recently JediMerc!

Dass Jennir - Cool parts choices (especially the head) and an extremely well done paint scheme. Looks like he's ready for anything the Empire throws at him.

Mara Jade - Looking good Mara! I wish Hasbro would give us a version of her that looked this hot.

Juno Eclipse - Pretty nifty look you created for her with this custom.

Random Smuggler # 2 - I like the parts choice, and this guy has a very rugged feel to him. Really nice work.

Mando Grunt - That's a really nice Mandalorian, I love the color scheme... the kama is a very nice touch as well. Great design and execution, doesn't look like the typical repainted Mando we often see.

Random Merc # 1 - I've never liked that Starkiller head but it works pretty good here. I like the gray tone of his outfit.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I liked working on this recent batch because of the incessant parts swapping/matching until I got the exact type of fit I wanted. I didn't do much with paint apps---tried to keep it low-key, and with two little ones at home, there's not much time to do that anyway. I appreciate the comments Chewie: my paint apps are standard, but it means lot coming from one of the masters!
