Recent Finds/Acquisitions: Legacy Collection

I picked up a few of these guys today from SAGA TOYS in St. Louis for $10 each.

Just a fun figure and one of Hasbro's best Stormtroopers ever. I might swap a few Rogue One Stormie helmets onto them.

Back when you could walk in any store and there were 100-300 figures on the pegs at any time.

Recently, I got my old Super Nintendo out, so my girlfriend went to Alton Slackers to see if they had a multi-out plugin. While there, I took an obligatory look at the figures and found this for $25. I couldn't pass it up given I need two figures from this set.



I didn't think I needed Ten Numb because I had gotten him loose a few years ago from Slackers in Edwardsville. When I arrived home, I looked for that figure but couldn't not find it. It was not it any of my boxes or on display I also recently realized my Giran figure from Jabba's Palace wasn't where it was displayed either. Thankfully, my OCD-ness lead me to look through my posts here in the forums and see that I did in fact purchase both of those figures.

Thank God that I did post about them, because I recently saw Giran for $50. I really did not have to buy it again, and for so much money. This week I have went through every box of figures I have, as well as bags of Photonovel stuff and other supplies. Thankfully I found Giran today in a bag...WITH Ten Numb. Odd that I noticed both figures were missing, and I had put them together for some reason. Who knows...

Treated myself to the Leia & Vader Infinites comic pack. It was a bit pricey at $35, but not bad compared to some of the other comic pack prices from years ago. I've been tracking some of these down, as I skipped a number of them when originally released. Like the white Vader, but love the alternate outfit for Leia - once the poncho is off, its completely different than her ROTJ uniform. Really missing this line.

Yes, I love that Leia figure! It’s great for a PN character or EU Leia.

Nice score. I was only able to get one when they were in stores and one at the comic book store. These seriously need to be rereleased. I really am surprised that these weren't offered for the Mandalorian. It's a no-brainer. I commented on Facebook that these should be rereleased for ROTJ and the Mandalorian. For ROTJ they could be a single speeder bike and Scout Trooper in a Vintage style box. For the Mandalorian, it should be a two pack with two bikes, two troopers, and a bag with the Child. They could also release a Luke and Leia set where tbe figures are designed to ride the speeder bikes.

Purchased a comic pack that I initially skipped: Boba Fett & RA-7. I didn't get into the Marvel repaints, other than the Ewok set; I only purchased the newly sculpted figure sets, like the awesome Lumiya pack from Legacy. I do like the deco on Fett, and dig the purple droid, so I snagged a set on ebay, but only because of the 25th anniversary coupon. I ended up paying under $20 shipped for the set with the discount, something I otherwise wouldn't have picked up at $45+ The comic pack prices are all over the place on ebay, but I figured this was a good deal compared to some of the others!

I cannot believe they haven’t released the Remnant Scout and Bike together yet. Especially given they are back in Season 2!
