Havent seen much at Ross, probably because I rarely go there!
But I did pick up a TVC Morgan Elsbeth at Target, and it still rings up at the old price!

the shipments are down to 2-3 per week and there really isn't anything coming in toy wise.
I hope Target keeps using that DPCI for TVC, because I'll happily pay $12.99 and sometimes $14.99 for certain figures, but $17 feels a little overboard, so I stopped buying them at places like WM and Amazon. I'll make all my purchases at Target, and stick to retail shopping if they keep the prices lower. I bought Morgan, Luke, and the HK droid at Target last month, while some SW figures were on sale for B2G1, and I asked the cashier about it, and she adjusted the price, so they came out to under $10 each after tax.
With all the reports of TVC deluxes on clearance at Target recently, I hit my local store today. No luck... Sabine, Krrsantan, Tusken all full price still.

I'll say this as a broad description, not all targets put this stuff on clearance, because not all targets are getting rid of them. it depends on how big the toy area is and the volume of the store. not all targets get all the exclusives either. people think that if one store clearances it something, they all will. not true....

I've pretty much stepped away from collecting, but I recently (okay, this summer in reality) picked up the Admiral Piett, an update that was on my list for years. I can't believe how much individual figures cost now, but I will from time-to-time pick up figures that interest me. Glad to see the forums back up and running!
Nice on the R5-D4. I have one of the new release of him and the rest of the wave thanks to a local St. Louis collector shop called Saga Toys. If I see them again, I might grab a random figure or two from the wave.

Found a couple of Director Krennics at the local Walmart on Saturday. Grabbed one left the other. They also had 1 Morgan, 1 Ahsoka, 2 Grand Inquisitors, and 2 Heras. Only needed Krennic out of all of those, but it was nice to see some newer figures on the pegs. Lando finally left this Walmart anyways. A dozen of his pals are at the other Walmart near me though.
I heard from a collecting buddy that TVC figures are still sneaking into Ross some. Now at $4.99 each. Might be worth checking your local stores still.

yes there are. just the modal node figure. also, the bs figures are now 4.99, not 5.99. plus sw pops with shirts. now 12.99 vs 9.99. ross plays with prices depending on how well stuff sells.
Found a couple figures at my local Ross today.
Grabbed the TVC Figrin D'an. Only one they had. They did have several of the TBS Leia, but no thanks to that scale anymore.

I picked up a VC222 Ahsoka ($3.99) and a VC238 Lando ($4.99) last night. They also had a Retro Armorer for $3.99 but passed on that b/c I picked one up at that price a couple weeks ago.

You found them at night? That's surprising, you must not have many hoarders / scalpers in your area, as they tend to hit the stores when they first open and clear them out, which is why I don't see much of anything TVC related at Ollies and Ross around here.
I don't collect most video game figures, but I'd probably pick up a Lando if I spotted one, since he wore that out in the Solo movie as well.

Yep, around 6pm. I mostly focus on Return of the Jedi related items but that Gaming Greats Lando is pretty cool. I don't have the VC139 Lando so I had to grab it. And at $3.99, I figure why not for VC222 Ahsoka.

I think it's possible they are largely bypassing Ross now that the Christmas barrage of product is over. I seriously think the Ross stores around here have less than 1% of toys now than they did 30 days ago
