Wow! I really like the twi'lek singer. Very original and well-executed. The band is great too, what body did you use for the ugnaught??
The Galaxy's edge costumes are really cool too. They would be great in just about any diorama. I'd like to see them in my hangar with my Starspeeder 1000!

I didn’t realize how long it had been since I posted in this thread. Most of my customizing for a while has been for Yakfinities, so I guess I’ve just been posting in those threads and forgetting this one. I’ll try to keep this thread updated more in the future. Anyway, here's a bunch of stuff.

• Mot Not Rab: Head is my own 3d sculpt. Body from Lushrose Dofine and hands from Yak Face.
• Jar Jar Binks: Body from Rep Been, head and and feet from TVC Jar Jar. (I cut off Jar Jar’s feet and glued them to the bottom of Rep Been’s to give him some extra height.)

• Nara Deega: Cantina band member head and hands, ROTS Palpatine body.

Covert Mandalorian:
XbGH8u3.jpg

• Black series Sabine Wren with arms from G.I. Joe Classified Series Scarlett and soft goods from GPSlot on Ebay. I haven’t spotted this Mandalorian in the show myself, but she’s been a Lego minifigure and a Funko Pop, so I assume she’s there somewhere.

The Mandalorian Luke Skywalker
6SQqHoX.jpg

• This one barely qualifies as a custom, but there was boil-and-pop involved, so I’m counting it. It’s the Walmart exclusive Black Series Jedi Luke with the gloved hand and belt from the first ROTJ Black Series Luke and a cape from GPSlot on Ebay.

Post- Rise of Skywalker Rey Skywalker:
E15mU0g.jpg

• Head, torso, and skirt from Black Series, TROS Rey, arms and legs from TLJ Rey, vest from Island Journey Rey, hood from Princess Leia. Lightsaber is a cut-down piece of Rey’s staff with a piece of yellow acrylic rod.

I will reply with some comments on your newer stuff soon, but really can't believe that I missed your Jaxxon and Okulo Llygad customs from earlier.... they looks great, as does all of your work... but those two really stanf out to me. Awesome stuff.

LT-514 also is instantly recognizable from the game previews (I haven't played the game). Looks great!

Beautiful work, RookieOne. There is a great cross section of characters and styles that you've made look like official product here. What is your preferred tool for digital sculpting?

Thanks! I use TinkerCAD and SculptGL. If I'm not modifying an existing model (like I did with the bounty hunter and Mot Not Rab), I rough out the shape I need in TinkerCAD and then import it to SculptGL to add organic details. It's a little limited, but it's working for now.

I love your figures. So many great ones. An idea for agent Kalus would be sabretooth from the Wolverine movie from years ago. The Kiev schrieber head with side burns works really well.

The star tours crew is great as well. Bravo.

I'm back!! I haven't been active on the forums in a while, but this Yakfinities theme really inspired me, so I'm back. Not only a good excuse to start working on updated figures for the new Haslab cantina, but also a good way to clear out my fodder bin.

Labria, Lak Sivrak, and Bannis Keeg

NMuiwhr.jpg

Labria is mostly a TFA Han Solo with Tessek's arms and Bib Fortuna's hands. Head and yoke from the original PotF2 Labria.
Lak Sivrak's head, hands, feet, and belt are from the PotF2 figure, spliced onto random fodder parts. The tunic is from the jawa in the Kenobi multipack.

Muftak & Kabe, Blue Snaggletooth, and Lirin Car'n

0J8LsAu.jpg

Muftak uses a 3D printed head I modified from the retro Muftak file sold by Vividmotion on Cult3d. The body is Black Krrsantan with the torso modified to sit a little lower to hide the gap where the belt would be. Snaggletooth's head is a scaled down version of the one made by LandspeederLuke on Patreon. He's a mix of Lobot and Imperial Officer parts. Lirin Car'n is a combination of Kenobi Obi-wan and Figrin D'an.

BoShek, Rycar Ryjerd, and Mos Eisley Street Guy
AoDrQvA.jpg

BoShek is a Bossk body with some fodder bin boots and forearms. Rycar Ryjerd is a Hobbit Bilbo Baggins figure with boots spliced on, a Han vest, and a head from the Imperial Officers troop builder pack, repainted. The Street Guy uses Luke's upper body, AOTC Owen lars's lower body, and the vest from the Kenobi jawa.

Djas Puhr, Garouf Lafoe, and Tzizvvt

RjC3ehU.jpg

Djas uses the original figure's head and hands, torso from comic pack Thrawn, shoulder piece from a Guavian death gang, Lobot's arms, fodder bin thighs, and young Indiana Jones lower legs. Tzizvvt's head is also modified from a file by Vividmotion and the body is Imperial Scanning Crew.

Yarkora Nomad, Dash Rendar & Leebo, Spaceman

M2XOVUK.jpg

We see the Outrider take off from Mos Eisley in the special edition, so one has to assume Dash visited the cantina at some point. Leebo wouldn't have been allowed in, obviously, but maybe there was a droid bar down the street. Dash's armor is by MJB Customs on Patreon. His head is a repainted Axe Woves, body from Endor Han, arms from Velken Tezeri, and Hoth Trooper gloves. The spaceman is a Doctor Who figure, repainted.

Business Woman, Neimoidian Moisture Farmer, and Bantha Herder

ZvWXFDY.jpg

The business woman is a combo of Morgan Elsbeth and Tusken Warrior, with upper arms from Luminara Unduli and the head from an old Golden Compass figure. The neimoidian is Dr. Evazan with the head and hands from a comic pack figure whose name I can't recall. Hat is from a Pirates of the Caribbean figure. The bantha herder is mostly the 3-pack Kenobi, Admiral Piett's head, fodder bin hood and forearms, and some parts from Krrsantan for the bandolier and belt decor.
Rodian, Mechanic, Swoop Biker

taYeEJy.jpg

There's several random rodians in the cantina; I don't think any of them wear their vests closed, but this makes him a bit more distinct from Greedo. He's a combo of Greedo and a Hoth trooper. The mechanic is Hoth leia with Juno Eclipse's lower legs and Sabine Wren's head. The swoop biker is Cassian Andor's body, Han's vest from the Solo movie speeder, and b-wing pilot arms.

Freighter Pilot, Landing Bay Technician, Local Woman

VtqhgGA.jpg

The freighter pilot is Rogue One Cassian's body with Andor Cassian's coat. The landing bay teck is Kuiil with Huyang's tool belt, Zutton's head, and a modified firespeeder pilot's backpack. The local woman is Beru Whitesun with a new skirt, island Rey's legs, and head from a marvel 3.75" figure I can't remember.

Moisture Farmer, Merchant, Fighter Pilot

AKuW8Bo.jpg

Moisture farmer is also Beru Whitesun with a new skirt and island Rey's legs, and Sigel Dare's head. The merchant is a Star Trek ferengi head, Figrin D'an's body, and arms from Marion Ravenwood. The fighter pilot (inspired by the 1978 Battlestar Galactica pilot jackets, is mostly Rogue One Cassian with young Han Solo's jacket and Taym Dren-Garen's head.

And, finally, some group shots
