Fans attending the Jedi-Con in Düsseldorf, Germany from March 21st through 23rd will see the debut of an all-new Shadow Troopers 2-pack!
Outfitted with black and gray armor, blasters, a sinister red pauldron and visors, this Shadow Trooper duo is as intimidating as they come. Tubular packaging showcases the figures nicely, and will look right at home next to the recent Order 66 series of two-packs.
The article really doesn't say whether or not these are exclusive to that event... but either way, I'm not interested, even if they show up at retail for $9.99 each... to be honest, I don't think I'd even pick these up on clearance like I did some of the Order 66 two-packs for $2.48 each, as the shadow concept to me is just a silly gimmick... and comparing these two together just goes to show how horrible the removable helmets look on ROTS clones - look at how bulky the removable one is! Yuck!
But... for those that do want these, hopefully they will be available at retail. I'm sure there's people out there that do want these, I'm just not one of them.

Well, these look quite nice, but I have almost completely given up on collecting the new EU-clones and this is another fine example for reasons why: it's simply an overkill. As if ONE basic Shadow Trooper wasn't enough... but I am quite curious about the price...
Well, being Clonetarded helps with all the negativity coming out on these guys. lol, it always made more sense to me to have darker colors instead of the stark white but whatever :wink: But i have to agree that the removable helmet looks horrible on this figure, I've been forced to either display with the helmet off or to turn the head all the way around so the chin doesn't stick out like that.
Here hoping they show up at retail at some point, online wouldn't be bad but not my first choice.
