Solo: Recent Acquisitions

I keep meaning to check out Ross, I have seen some people get some good scores there. When we do go we usually find nothing toy wise and it's been picked over a lot lol.

I will have to check that site out , it's one I haven't encountered before. Thank you Chewie for sharing it!

Ross is a tough store to hunt, because they get new inventory every day.
One week ago I got two of the crayt speeders for $6.99 each, and yesterday I got two of the special forces tie fighters, same price.
But depending on what day and/or time you get there, you may get super lucky, or have just missed something. Since they're still getting TLJ stuff, I'm hoping to see some Solo stuff soon at a good price, I missed out on all of the Solo stuff except for the speeder.

...I'd rather purchase plastic playsets like the upcoming Jabba's palace set.

FYI, if you have preordered Quay from Amazon, your order is at risk. I’ve never heard of anything like this. Perhaps it’s because of all the orders Amazon cancelled for skiffs, etc.

I dropped by a couple 5 Belows and picked up 3 more Mimban Hans and an L3 that I'm going to make a custom out of. Debating whether to make 1 or 2 of them into medics. The medic sigil might be hard to replicate on so small a space. :thinking:

I’d say that’s a great deal. The Mimban Troopers are definitely worth it.

Stopped by Five Below, and they had a bunch of the Solo 2-packs, so I picked up muddy Han & Chewie for $5 - interestingly enough - never spotted these at regular retail stores, like Target or WM. Hasbro really did a nice job on so many of the Solo basic figures, but dropped the ball on getting them distributed, and then abandoned the entire line - what a shame, I actually miss it.

I got my last two-packs from Ross. And I had to order the last wave off of Amazon to get it way back when. I don’t know what issue is with Hasbro or retailers, but it’s definitely a major problem.

There are a variety of ones that have been available in the past (some that even came with Star Wars figures around 2010-2011).

But EE has some new ones coming:
