I didn't get to see the case close up at all, but from what I did see, I wasn't able to make out any street date stamp on it... I've heard that they'll start putting these out around May 25... and yeah, there's two per case. I'll try and snap a pic or two this evening.

All in all, a GREAT purchase for $40.00... the only downside I can see is that mine has very loose joints (especially at the ankles, which are ball jointed like the shoulders).
I did pick up two of these, one for a friend. I'm pretty sure I'll be getting another when they hit in mass at Target. For now I'm pleased with just this one.

I'm not sure if that's a street date so much as a "reset date" - when Target resets the toy section, and puts out some new items. I'd imagine these would go on an endcap since the box for them is so huge!

the scale of this looks great and a ll the articulation is crazy cool. this one is definetley a "get 2" itme for me.
niktom, that would be a cool battel pack, though id imagine an exspensive one. the only thing id see as being a prolem with it is wiht the layout of most of the recent battlepacks, ie. hoth, endor, etc....is that with several figure real enviorment accessories and a rancor, this thing would take up mass shelve space. but id buy one if they put it out there.

Then, I bought a third for a friend who backed out, and ended up then getting two more on clearance.

i finally saw ONE of these over the weekend. full price though. i was glad to have seen it in the wild but i ended up passing on it... want to save my hard earned cash (well given really since it was part of my "economic stimulus" check) for the AT TE....
