Yakface.com 10-Year Anniversary - aka "Yak Bash" -

In celebration of the 10th Anniversary at Yakface, we're running a second customizing contest for October.

The theme is "Yak Bash" and the way this works is it's a celebration of Yakface's birthday, so any character or type of alien or droid that was seen in Jabba's Palace or on Jabba's Sail Barge is invited to the birthday party. That means you can create your own Hutt, Twi'lek, Ishi Tib, Gran, etc. Just try and make sure it falls in line with the type of characters that we see in Jabba the Hutt's entourage.

Entries are due by midnight October 31. One random winner will win two figures - a UGH Chewbacca and a UGH Boba Fett.

To kick things off, here's a vintage style Yakface that I made for the Yak Bash.

arms - POTF2 Yakface
legs - POTF2 Yakface

To me this is a fun custom because I never had a vintage Yakface figure, but always wanted one. This is about as close as I'll ever get to owning one.

YAY! I've been so excited for Chewie to announce this contest! ! Nice graphic btw Chewie! Glad you could incorporate your custom into our contest banners ! Well as a Halloween custom, someone could make the Twi'lek who didnt make it out of the cake before this guy cut it!

Here is my second entry -

CZ-22 - Since there was a CZ droid in Jabba's dungeon... maybe they put him back together, gave him a new identity, and he served Yak's birthday cake at Yak Bash! :lol:

Just a droid cobbled together from the new 4-LOM figure - taking apart the 4-LOM is very tricky because of the way he is constructed - I wouldn't recommend trying to take that figure apart after what I went through on this one.
