Wow... Great looking figure Allen. I'm glad to see you here at yakface.

I sure would like a recipe on this one. You've blended the parts so well, it really does look like it could be a hand-painted pre-production piece -- -which many times seem to look much better than the actual store products.

I recognize the Assaj torso, and the VSTC Leia upper arms with Royal guard lower arms and gloves (I think), but beyond that I'm stumped. The head reminds me of a Scarlett, though it looks much better.

Thanks for sharing buddy, looks good!

This is just for fun; I’ll start proper next Yakfinities

Slinger M’Gee

During the Clone Wars M’Gee left Endor wanting to see the wider Universe and found he was good with blasters which eventually led him to become a Bounty Hunter. M’Gee is very active in the Core Worlds and the Outer Rim. His main apartment and base of operations is on Coruscant, but he has many bases throughout the Rim including Tatooine which he hates because the sand gets in his fur but his job takes him there regularly so it’s a necessary evil. On one of his trips to Mos godan he visited a Speeder boot sale where he discovered a pair of silver pistols, the old timer selling them told him how they belonged to a once great Bounty Hunter. M’Gee didn’t believe him but the quirky connection of the tale and his profession added to the fact they were good persuaded him to buy them.

Everyone who has met M’Gee will warn you never ever under-estimate his size and cuteness, he’s vicious!

Here is my second custom. I couldn't resist creating a Bounty Hunter for this month's contest.

I'm calling him C-3PXa. He's a modified version of the assassin droid C-3PX but with more features and modified sensors that can "feel the force", making him a great candidate when someone needs a Jedi Hunter. As you can see by the battle scars, he's met a lightsaber or two. Enjoy!

In the wake of my many failed searches for a McQuarrie Chewbacca I decided to create my own and thought what better place to show it off than here.

I give you...

It took me over an hour on my dialup to catch up with 6 pages this month, HOLY CRAP a lot of time and a lot of good customs.
WOW---

Chewie- Great, as usual
Jordan- TOTALLY Bond, and TOTALLY ROCKIN'!
Raziel- Looks very nice, I dunno about the hair, but if I don't want shot, I'd better mind what I say!
???- Crap, whoever made Sungol with the Predatoresque skulls, THAT is a cool figure.
Darth Sidious- I love that figure, EXCELLENT part use together.
HorseHead-AWESOME! My favorite so far
Johnboy- A very good Neimoidian, great usage
Duke19- Heck, I loved it, very nice head use
Smartpants- what can I say? That is really cool looking.
The Perannial- Great arm use, dude, great for staff wielding it looks like.
ars30- ah, that one looks like she's quite the heartbreaker.
devo73- welcome back, and I like them. Seb Galac is my favorite of the two.
Paulskywalker- Very cool, and unexpected. I should come to expect the unexpected in these customs, I guess.
IG88- Very good custom 3P0. Awesome.
Niktom- So VERY funny, the Niktom humor that I know and love rears its funny head again.

OKay, now for mine.

Garren Olett, the Aqualish bounty hunter who has watched a few too many old holos of "The Lone RangeGuard" and the Boscar Award winning movie "GraveStone."
He is a good marksman, and a quick thinker. Heck, he's still alive, isn't he?

Garren1.jpg

Garren2.jpg

Garren3.jpg

Parts List:
12" POTF2 Ponda Baba
Shirt has been reversed and modified slightly, also weathered some.
Pants also slightly weathered.
VestCoat thing made out of a Khaki pants sleeve.
Cowboy Hat came from Hobby Lobby, I love it. So funny on so many different figures.

Not as much work as I did last month, but I like him. I see Garren as a quiet, older Aqualish bounty hunter, who is annoyed by the newer generations of hunters and their straying from the code of the hunt.
