that was a fun month. I am really going to work hard on the next one as a personal challenge. I didn't want to make a war droid but now that its a choice I will give it my best. BTW thanks Sambuca! I wish I could find one of his hands, thats the trouble with 19 month old kids that can reach up to the table now... LOL
I like jedistyles customs for this month the most, love that painting technique!

What an awesome month. A terrific batch of customs all around - but I must confess to a fondness for Dan of the Dead's work and the winner from Asr30.

Very imaginative work all around - not just repaints of Bossk or Boba, these are all extremely creative and visually striking, from Ithorians to Ewoks, Wookiees, Quarrens and more!

Outstanding work all around, I'm just blown away by this wonderful group.

Me too, and congrats to Ars30! I think when the theme Hunters was announced, all of us worked really hard to stay away from that worn down Mando/ESB Bounty Hunter track.

First off, i gotta say.....the Zaphana Custom is just awesome. Seriously, it totally had me inspired, so...thanks for that!

Hello, this is Dan's girlfriend writing. I'm stealing his name for a bit as my forum logon has not been verified (I'll be going by Vellire) - presumably the board downtime has not helped with that.

I just wanted to thank you all for your kind feedback. This was indeed my very first custom, though I had certainly played the "put the figure back together" game while Dan was working on other projects. I had a lot of fun choosing parts and found that working from a concept drawing helped me out a lot. I haven't got many ideas for a war droid, but hopefully I'll be able to contribute again sooner than later. We certainly have enough parts in the house for two. :)
