I'd vote for crime lords, if that's an option.

I'm not big on "make yourself as..." customs, personally. The Imperial army builder doesn't really move me either, i guess because I'm caught up in trying to acquire the Hasbro army builders. The Kotor Jedi thing could be cool, but the female villain would keep me out (i have little to no female fodder, we haven't got the new comic packs here yet or if we have, some scalper has quite a haul 'coz the pegs are bare!).

I love either the female villain or crime boss idea. Both are very exciting concepts with the potential for great variety and creativity. Imperial army builders? Eh...who cares? Let's focus on something Hasbro doesn't crank out dozens of on their own....
