We've had some great entries this month gang, and this Shaak Ti is simply amazing Straxus... damn that looks like you put a lot of work into it. And your work paid off, you really brought the artwork of her to life into figure form... and I'm really hoping we see Hasbro make this version of her for the game, as I don't think I'd be able to pull off such a convincing custom of her.

Loving the entries so far. STRAXUS that Shaak is amazing. Whole thing sculpted. You are crazy my man.

Created in secret by Emperor Palpatine, Y-1 was part of an ambitious project undertaken to create an army of shadow agents for Imperial service. Palpatine had enslaved cloners during the Clone Wars, and using genetic materials taken from Jedi Master Yoda's cloak lost in the Senate Chambers during their climactic battle, he sought to create a dark clone of the famed Jedi Master. The experiment, unfortunately, was not a complete success, with only one clone being remotely viable. Y-35, the sole "success" of the project, lacked sight, and was only moderately force-sensitive:

WOW!!!

There have been some simply amazing entries this month. While other themes are fun for Yakfinities, this one certainly seems unlimited -- - it's opened it up for a whole lot of creativity!

I couldn't resist trying to come up with a few other figures too, so here's the results.

First off is a couple of Order 66 survivors. I liked how the Starkiller Hero's outfit kind of had a similar look to the POTJ Jedi Training Qui-Gon (my favorite Jedi outfit by a long shot), so tried to paint them to look not so much as a Master and Padawan, but more like two getting thrown together and trying to figure out a way to stay alive in the future.

Here's Ta-vi Elten and his companion Novia Swei

weedo013.jpg

Parts:
Ta-vi
30AC Biggs pilot head
POTJ Qui Gon Torso, belt
30AC McQ Han holster
30AC Revan legs

Novia
Head - totally reconstructed hair built around Lady Jaye, with a POTF Leia Boussh hair top (to fix the missing bit where Jaye's hat was), and finally with a GI Joe Scarlett face

30AC Starkiller - everything else

Next up is a guy that I picture as a member of a mysterious faction located on the planet Mustafar. While unknown to most of the galaxy, the few that have encountered the Imola Frontiersmen -and survived- have recounted horrific stories of the precision in which they dispatched intruders. While slow moving and deliberate in their ambush, the Imolaei attacks come at a deceptively fast speed, capable of completely dismembering an enemy in one flourish with their twin blades - forged in the depths of Mustafar. While not much is known about the Imolaei as a whole, Vader's secret apprentice is sent to various spots around the galaxy to hone his combat skills, this particular task however, comes without the use of his lightsaber!

Parts:

Head - combo of 30AC Rebel Sentry and Galactic Marine

Body - GI Joe Zandar

Skirt - Revan

Boots/legs - some Robo-tech kinda thing?!

I hope to finish my entry soon... my elbow has been messed up for the last week and a half, otherwise I'd have posted mine already.

Gotta say that I really like this one... it's very unique, and has a very Force Unleashed flavor to it... did you have to cut part of the Stormtrooper helmet to put the Cody top onto it?

Thanks, and yeah I had to cut the helmet. :D

YAY!
Here I come, squeaking in at the end of the month once again. Well, I actually put a little thought into this one.

I have tried to stay as spoiler free on TFU as possible, but of course images of figures have blown characters for me, but I still don't know much about any of the story. So I thought about it from the gamer's point of view. As a gamer, I expect the end boss of a game to be totally tough and over the top. Well, since TFU seems to be all about "over the top", I crafted the final boss, Battle Armor Emperor Palpatine. I figure I'm about two years ahead of Hasbro with this one.

PARTS LIST:
Body: Commander Keller
Hands: ROTS #35(?) Palpatine, Evo Palpatine
Head: ROTS #35(?) Palpatine
Belt: Evo Clone Commander
Shoulderplate: Keller Marine
Cloak/clasp: Evo Palpatine

WHAT A GREAT END BOSS!!!

With plenty of voice clips straight from McDiarmid throughout the battle.

THERE YA GO!
Lightsaber: ROTS Palpatine
