I feel a little funny giving suggestions since I'm not a customizer, but maybe a holiday theme for November in anticipation of Christmas. Or, better yet, a Holiday Special theme.

That's true. I was thinking about having them ready in time for Christmas instead of having the deadline afterward. I think I'm just in a Christmas mood is all.

Anyway, the Holiday Special actually premiered around Thanksgiving, so...

How about black sun? I don't think there's been a black sun theme before. And with the new release of the IG-86's, people will want to army build for them, which will give popularity to other factors of them.

I mainly suggested it, because they're one of my afvorite organizations in the galaxy (2nd behind mandos) And November is my bday month so I'd be thrilled to see them in it

Crazy thought from a photonovel-nut.What about say like customs that would be featured in the Rykrof Enloe series.

Like they would be based on the characters that would normally be featured.Because chewie's customs like like terrain-suited wear..Like customs that would be featured in that photonovel that would fit perfectly into that PN.

Possibly the prize could be the custom being featured in the PN??? :wink: :wink: :wink:

Oh, I love that idea! Not sure how many people would vote for it, but I think there's a ton of possibilities considering the wide range of themes we've done the past couple years.

Maybe call the theme "Rykrof's Guest Star". Chewie could post a brief description of a character he needs a new figure for an upcoming chapter, preferably something a open ended so it has room for a little artistic interpretation. Maybe just a background character or a small role he doesn't already have a character for.

Winner could either send Chewie their figure, or he could make one himself based off their design/concept (might be easier for Chewie this way, and help keep a consistent look to his diorama cast).

I personally really like this idea, I think it could be a lot of fun.

There's also the idea of band members, which I liked. I started one back then, but the parts just wouldn't fit together. Have to give it another go.

Note - If the subject were Rykrof Enloe characters, it might be hard to determine when the "winner" would have the figure show up in a photonovel, or what have you... also since Yakfinities winners are randomly selected, that would make it all the more difficult perhaps to incorporate a character into it. I think I like the prize format as we've been currently doing? I'm not sure what the best way to approach it would be.

What would could do later on - perhaps - is do another Group Project - where everyone makes a "new" character of their own, and somehow a winner could be determined and that character would appear in the series or even become an important character in the series... just an idea.

I think you're right Chewie, the Rykrof project might be better suited to a different format like the group project... and then perhaps open it to voting by anyone who's participated in a past GP or Yakfinities.

I think it's a great idea though...

For Yakfinities, maybe a more standard project... and I still like the idea of Band Members too...

I was actually saving the body I used for the Brom in the assassins project for a male twi'lek backup dancer (I thought it would be funny since we generally only see female dancers in SW)... I know I've got a couple ideas for a "Band Members" project. Maybe broaden it to "Entertainers" though?

Maybe for Rykrof Enloe, we'll just throw it out there for a Group Project that lasts two months, similar to the Shaak Ti one... and run it from Jan - Feb?
