What the hell... here are a couple suggestions:

- Prisoners of the Galactic Empire
- Torture/Interogation Droids
- Medical Personnel (PT or OT)
- Riff Raff (bar/nightclub patrons and general scum)
- Senate Security (each species of the Republic would probably have their own "on staff" security detail)
- The Lost Twenty (only a couple members are known so here's a chances to fill in some of those missing members)
- Inhabitants of Alderaan
- Spice Smugglers
- Gladiators of Geonosis (the arena on Geonosis looked to have been the site of gladiatorial games apart from the events of AOTC, here you could create combatants to battle the Reek, Acklay, Nexu, Wampa, Rancor etc.)
