Here's my entry for Black Sun:
This ain't no peaceful pachyderm...

Merrik Fosej is a weapons supplier/smuggler to the vast Black Sun criminal syndicate (among others). No weapon is unobtainable for him. Give him the specs of the weapon (and meet his asking price) and the merchandise will be promptly delivered. Fail to pay for his efforts and he may use the newly acquired merchandise on you.

Recipe:
Pretty much an entire Ketwol figure with some bits and pieces from cheap dollar store figures for his belts. His coat was modified also.

Excellent~! This is just the type of stuff that makes me proud to be a part of this community. :wink: As addressed already, he does seem to have an animated look to him. Probably those supply/utility belts around him? Anyways, great mesh of parts and an awesome idea!

I certainly didn't mean to point any fingers with my post. Just felt it was worth bringing up again with some new contributors around.


I think the Ketwol from Jedighost009 is my current favorite, but there are certainly a lot of great figures submitted so far!

Merrik is awesome! I love the POTF2 blasters; they look very appropriate on this figure. Great job!

I finally broke down and set up a second image hosting account at Photobucket. I never did figure out (nor could Chewie) why my picasa photos would not show up here.

At any rate, I didn't want my submissions to get lost in the shuffle, so here they are again:

Dardo was a Black Sun vigo killed by Darth Maul shortly before the events of Episode I.

Asa Naga was an enforcer and debt collector for another of Black Sun's vigo's. Maul initially spared him so that he might tell the rest of Black Sun who was hunting them. He was not so lucky when Maul later caught up to Black Sun's leadership.

Wow. Thanks for all the compliments and congratulations, guys. I didn't think I would win. There were great entries from everyone. I really liked Ars30's Rodian custom. I noticed some of you even had multiple entries so I need to get cracking on the next Yakfinities. I'm way too slow. :lol:

And the prize is more than I expected. I don't have that Evo set so its one more off the list. Thanks, Chewie. The email is on the way.
