I think it will be too - there's a very rich pool of characters to choose from that people have made.

I actually finished mine up last night, of a Drewton Legacy character... pics soon!

I'm workin on a Rykrof Enloe custom-- havin a hard time dremeling the head to make it into a ball socket, Chewie, I have no idea how you do it so well.

Oh and you might want to change the Yakfinities spotlight at the top of the page. ;)

I think we decided the old one was really post-post-ROTJ, timeline wise.

I love those Rykrof customs. :)

Okay - here's my first entry - more to come!

Idnum Ki - This is a Jedi who has lost his way in the photonovel series by forumite Drewton - called, "The Drewton Legacy" - here's my take on the character. I encourage anyone who hasn't read that series to swing by the photonovel section and do so!

Well first off Chewie great job. That is awesome. Secondly here is my first entry. It's my take on the Viraxo leader in Jules' photonovel "Xwing Alliance". I decided to give him full armor.

Caldin Enloe, known later as Ca-Loe Din

I started this figure quite some time ago, when I was playing Assassin's Creed (the first one). I loved Altair's character design and wanted to incorporate it into Star Wars. Well, After doing a lot of work to make the pieces work together, I experiment with priming the figure with white spray paint before painting...

I'll never do it again, it just gunked up the whole figure. I've tried, over and over again, to get a paint job on it I was happy with, but the primer was just to thick. Back when I did my Renegades, I thought about using this figure as Caldin grown up as the team's resident Jedi, but went with an Older Rykrof as their CO instead.

The figure has sat unfinished for quite some time, but I always liked the idea of him being an older version of Caldin, who in my mind HAS to be a Jedi after the set up in the chapter about Rkyrof's mother. :)

I'm very tempted to try another, this time basing the look on the second Assassin's Creed game, which will hopefully come out cleaner without the primer applied.

I love the idea of a lightsaber being concealed in a gauntlet, especially during the Dark Times.

The name is just a play on his given name, kind of the reverse of what Obi-Wan did with "Old Ben".

I'm thrilled to finally have this figure finished... Yakfinties is always a great excuse for me to revisit ideas I've abandoned.

That turned out awesome Dan... I love that game as well, and always thought the design would make for one hell of a Jedi. In the back of my head, I've had some sort of design for Kala Mly Shundi in some sort of suit at some point that resembles it.

For the name too, I love it! Nice change from Caldin to a more Jedi-esque name. If the character lives, he'll be force sensitive for sure as hinted in the flashback of Rykrof's mother.

Can you share a full recipe on this figure?

Glad you like him Chewie!

The hood is the Mara Jade hood with the goggles craved and sanded away.
Biggs Darklighter head with the mustached removed.
Torso and shoulder are Djas Puhr
upper arms and boots are from a comic pack Anakin
lower arms from Baron Fel, hands are too probably
Skirt is comic pack Quilan Vos
waist and upper legs are A'sharad Hett
pouch is from Jabba's Guard Barada

I went looking through previous chapters to see if you ever named Rykrof's mother, I thought Caldin might adopt part of her name as his Jedi name... but as far as I can tell her identity is still a mystery! ;)

The flashback chapter is probably still my favorite one you did, just loved the tone of it and the potential story for Rykrof's loyalty being put up against Order 66 and a potentially force sensitive son.

Dan that is awesome. Assassins creed is by far one of my fav games and your custom resembles it in a star wars way I can't comprehend. I love it.

That Idnum-Ki custom is extremely cool, thanks again very much Chewie!

Dan, that is an awesome custom. The hidden lightsaber is very nice. After playing Assassin's Creed II I am a big Creed fan myself and have been thinking of something similar since I played the first one. I'd be really interested in seeing a custom based on the second one too, maybe even one of Boba Fett? The Fett and Ezio capes are very similar.

Glad you like it Drewton. 8)

I decided to go ahead and use this as an excuse to make a new version of another photonovel character in my Rykrof Enloe series, his name is Zeedo Chissis and he's appeared in a lot of chapters in the past. I think I like this new look for him.

head - POTF2 Greedo
torso - Legacy Trinto Duabo
arms - Legacy Trinto Duabo
hands - VOTC Greedo
belt - TAC McQuarrie Luke
legs - Legacy Bespin Guard

I also posted about a dozen new customs in my customizing thread, which are all photonovel characters for my next chapter. I didn't include them here because I was already finishing them up before this Yakfinities launched, and they're pretty much all background characters anyway.

Dan, Ca-Loe Din is awesome, I totally agree that the Assassins Creed look makes for a fantastic Jedi!, Chewie, Zeedo is very cool, I really like the outfit you gave him. I always thought the Trinto torso/arms looked nice and they very much suit Zeedo!
