Right now he's nameless, but I do have a short bio for him.

Born and raised on a remote Tatooine moisture farm. He left for Mos Eisley when he was old enough, and did a number of odd jobs, before becoming a hired gun, putting his experiences in fending off sandpeople to use. It wasn't long before his employers became more shady, and what started as guarding small shops and property turned into providing security for docking bays used by smugglers. Carries a larger and older but reliable blaster pistol, as well as a smaller more modern in a secondary holster under his vest,

These are some really great entries so far. This challenge has been a blast. Looking forward to some more great entries and plan on doing some more as well. Already have a couple in the works.

@ Grimace-I like your Luke and his speeder. Is it home made or is it from another toy line?

@ Scarrviper- I really enjoy seeing your entries and this one is nice as well. Do you have a recipe for this guy? I been trying to figure out what head you used.

the speeder is the CW Republic Scout Speeder that I repainted, took some things off and added some other bits
the figure is the Trinto Duaba below the neck, I forget which Luke head sorry, topped off with the Deleted Scene accessories for Han
very simple but I think it looks pretty good

not nearly as good as most of the entries but it was fun to make

Here are a couple more

Van Ondo-Van is a seventh generation Ronto rancher. He does it more out of duty than true desire. His dream is to get his herd up to twenty head,sell them off and move to Anchorhead and settle down as a "civilized" person.

Targo- Targo is a Kadas'sa Nikto who once belonged to the Nova Storms, an entirely non-Human mercenary company. With the New Order in place, his company was "disbanded". He drifted the galaxy until he landed on Tatooine. He was going to work for the highest bidder but somehow ended up working for (and with) Van. The reason he works for Van is known only to the two of them and they aren't sharing that information. Targo provides security for the ranch.

Head - anson trask (joker squad) - modified with sculpted hair
Upper body- tarados gon - arms shortened
hands - scanning trooper
legs - prince of persia figure
belts- tie fighter pilot and star trek figure
vest - greedo dyed brown with watered down black paint

I'll try to do at least one more entry.

Arssek was a Quarren general and a Separatist who. when the Empire rose, escaped Mon Calamari and ended up trapped on Tatooine. An imposing figure even as he aged, he became a moisture farmer and tried to keep a low profile.

Another resident, a Kajain'sa'Nikto named Rezz came into the employment of Jabba. Luckily he was allowed to stay behind on the trip to the pit.

A Tusken raider named Krr'uuk the Merciless. He was known for his cunning and ferocity and seldom left witnesses behind. He wanted to see Tatooine under the control of the Tuskens and believed he could unite them. He was eventually hunted and killed by Boba Fett after destroying several of Jabba's business arrangements and killing his men.

Nice work, that Nikto reminds me of a Sanyassan Marauder, something I've wanted to make - what parts did you use for him?

The local residents know Binn Bolo as the owner and operator of Bolo's Bargain Bazaar. He calls himself a humble merchant who offers gently used goods at a fair price. What many don't know is that is just his cover identity. He is actually a Rebel Foster Agent. He offers support and service to Alliance agents and operatives that need assistance. The assistance usually comes in the form of supplies but can also be services, intell,and sometimes a place to lay low.

Mak Stesson owns and operates Stesson's Service Depot. The depot is a fueling and repair station for repulsorlift vehicles. Most of the time he works on the speeders of the local moisture farmers. He also works on the vehicles of the local constables.Sometimes he even makes "special" modifications for some of his "important" customers. Not many know that he too is a Rebel agent and part of the same Cell as Binn Bolo. His function is that of a Support Agent offering up repairs and supplies to field agents and Rebel Operatives.

That was the Luke that came with the Target exclusive Vintage 9 pack (3 pack 3 pack?). Never intended on getting that set because it was mostly repacks. However, finding it for $12.50 on clearance changed my mind. That is where the 4-LOM that I used for T8-LOM came from.

Here's my entry for the contest. It's Zayne Carrick in Tatooine gear with a CZ-4 droid by his side. Unlike just about every other Jedi protagonist, Zayne never actually visits the planet during the Knights of the Old Republic comics. I thought it would be fun to put Zayne on Tatooine. I chose the class Zayne with green scarf, but decided to downgrade his outfit so it didn't look as fancy as the one he wore on Taris. Enjoy!

[The Professor]

Kept on a retainer by Heater, the 108 year old RIC-series droid RIC-837 pulled its rickshaw between Mos Eisley and Anchorhead to service a legitimate luxury cruise run by Jabba's henchmen.

That is amazing! I've always kind of wanted some of the random transports Anakin and Padme use in AOTC. Great job on the droid, too!

That turned out great - it looks like you sculpted some of the pieces - so great effort for this challenge. Personally, I'd like the AOTC rickshaw droid as a figure, maybe we'll be surprised with one that was a cancelled BAD.

Thanks for the kind words darth_sidious and The Professor. The droid does indeed have a decent percentage of it sculpted, with a Movie Heroes Battle Droid being the base for the upper torso, arms (which are actually the Battle Droid's legs), hands and neck (which are the Battle Droid's forearms end-to-end). The rickshaw itself is entirely scratch built with armature wire, clay and household plastic for the frame:

Fingers crossed that we get an official Hasbro version at some point in the not too distant future.
