Here is a kit bashed "Rebel Heavy Trooper"

I was pretty excited when this category won, I had already been planning on making a couple of Rebel customs. Anyway, I've put together two figures and have one more on the way. So without further ado:
Jervo Alquin – As a teen Jervo was captured by a rival clan during one of Rodia's many clan wars. He was sold as a slave to an unscrupulous cage fighting investor. When the Empire started cracking down on trades that were difficult to control or which didn't provide it with some benefit, it became difficult to make a living with a large scale illegal cage fighting operation. Jervo was a moderately well-known and quite successful fighter, but even that couldn't prevent his owner from selling him. Before a new buyer was arranged Col Serra approached Jervo's owner with the strong suggestion that Jervo be turned over to him in exchange for the illicit cage fighting not being reported. Col Serra offered Jervo the opportunity to become a member of the newly formed Renegade Squadron. Proud of his skills as a fighter and grateful for his freedom, Jervo jumped at the opportunity to do something significant. While he is a skilled marksman, his true expertise lies with - obviously - hand-to-hand combat.
Gage Has’tilya – Even as a youngster Gage didn't fit in with mainstream Bothan culture. He was much more comfortable with the direct approach than with the usual Bothan political maneuverings and surreptitious activities. As a result, Gage didn't have a very promising future in the Bothan spy networks. When Borsk Fey'lya brought his resources to the Rebel Alliance, however, Gage saw the opportunity to chart his own course. He applied for the Alliance Special Operations commando school. With his blend of not so brilliant spy skills (which were still light years beyond the skills of many non-Bothans) and direct approach to solving problems it wasn't long before Gage was on the front-line (or behind enemy lines) as a commando. Gage served directly under Judder Page as a member of the Katarn Commandos for a time. (Sorry about the blurry first picture, the camera was having a hard time deciding whether to focus on Gage's snout or body - body won in the end).
Hope you like them, at least one more is on the way.

With their home planet Chiron in the Outer Rim Ash Worlds being used as a weapons test range by the Empire, the Centuariform native Chironians, such as Ryjelk'ent, take up simple arms and guerilla tactics against their oppressors, bringing them to the attention of the Rebel Alliance.

I'm hoping to finish a larger squad before this is over, but here are my finished outer rim milita rebels so far... (didn't realize until I uploaded the photos that the female human's gun was halfway out of her holster - ugh.)
The squad:
Twyne Buruub - Sullustan. Excellent with silent weapons or with a rifle. Wears scavenged clone army from a late Clone Wars battle that he survived.
Linth Betanue - Human. Her parents were killed in the early days of the Empire when they protested their land being "annexed" by the empire. Ever since, she's been on the run, hitting the Empire where she can. She has trained herself as a slicer and carries a data spike in a protected case on her arm - which doubles as a handy weapon in a pinch.
Fozzik - Quarren heavy weapons specialist. A being of few words. At home in a cantina brawl or taking down Imp landing craft with his rocket launcher.

United in their desire to overthrow the Empire's New Order, Alliance Special Forces were highly skilled commandos selected for their ability to adapt to various environments.

Members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, these guards were sworn to protect loyalist Senators that fled the tyranny of the Galactic Empire. The Rebellion only used the most skilled soldiers to defend their political assets across the galaxy against Lord Vader and his Inquisitors.
