Yes - we always throw out some random prizes as a "thank you" for the participation in these.

Sometimes it comes out of our own pockets, sometimes we're able to use something from one of the Yakface.com sponsor sites.

This was a lot of fun. Seeing the photos and comments of everyone's work was very inspiring.
I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone makes in the next contest.




To be clear, my vintage Jawa Jedi was a new creation(and submitted after I already qualified). The droids he was fighting weren't although I did add golden eyes to them for the contest. I figured that was OK since there were ships and props in previous photos.

I am truly moved to donate toys as well locally. We support and volunteer with the Toys for Tots program during the Holidays, but there is a need all year round. this yakfinities was excellent. just went to see episode VII this sunday, again, and could find that the charácter of mousedroid¨s figure is actually on the movie, dragging arownd merchandise on jakku. good one! cant wait for the next contest. it is a little strange (and funny) that there is a figure called Lugo. any way, congratulations to every one, great work guys!
