616th Irregulars The 616th Irregulars were a mixed regiment of Imperial forces stationed on the factory world of Ka'Dev. The regiment was made up of misfits and degenerates from other units. It was commanded by Capt. Jorren Kellek. During the full might of the Empire, it was a "by the book" Imperial regiment. Since the fall of Palpatine, it has devolved into nothing more than a band of thugs making life difficult for the citizens of the planet and neighboring systems.

A common sight on the battlefield post the fall of Emperor Palpatine was the Century Tank, aka TIE Crawler - a standard TIE Fighter body with the wings replaced by crawler treads for ground assault.

Nice job on the TIE Crawler. Has this been made canon yet? If not, how long until you think it will? Any bets that it will show up on the Mandalorian?

Imperial Dignitaries
After the Emperor’s death at Endor, his advisors scrambled to take control of the Empire. Sate Pestage was the Grand Vizier in the legends continuity, and tried to seize power. Sim Aloo is obviously the model for the original vintage Imperial Dignitary figure. I'm pretty sure he actually got killed off in reference books in both the old and new canon, but I like to imagine that he left the Death Star before the battle and was still lurking around scheming afterward. Yupe Tashu comes From the Aftermath novels. I decided to base him on the tall-hatted advisor from ROTJ, since that character never got an official name in either continuity.

LT-514, from Star Wars: Squadrons
In the campaigns in the months after Endor, LT-514 served aboard the star destroyer Overseer. In Squadrons, his role is to brief the player before missions.

Captain Cardinal
Cardinal was a well-respected member of the First Order prior to his defection. He later fought for the Resistance alongside his former prisoner Vi Moradi.

Praetorian Guards

These are all just head swaps of the ForceLink guards onto the 3.75” Black Series body (except the far left, who’s stock and just there to be symmetrical.) Snoke’s throne is from Hole in the Ground Productions, a.k.a. Raylen on these boards.

Sovereign Protector
I liked the basic look of these guys in TROS, but didn’t like the stormtrooper-like eyes or the blaster weapons. My version is partly inspired by concept art, with a T-visor inspired by the older blue senate guards.

Already some great work in this Yakfinities!

As to the TIE Crawler, darthapathy, I don't believe that it has turned up yet into new canon. Anything is possible as to its appearance in The Mandalorian, but I would imagine that given the precedence of the Imperial Troop Transport's crossover from vintage toy into live action, that mini-rigs (or The White Witch!) are probably more likely at this point.

As a member of the First Order Security Bureau, Agent Tierny was sent to the Colossus refueling station on Castilon to investigate potential Resistance activity there.

Imperial Death Troopers were experimented on as children to become bio-engineered killing machines.
Kept in line by fear and pain, many continued to follow the Moffs-turned-warlords after the Battle of Endor, but DT-R701 was different.
"Deeter" as he later came to be known, saw first-hand the destruction caused by Operation Cinder, and ended up fighting off and killing his entire squad to save group of civilian refugees at the Imperial outpost on Dantooine.

After gaining his freedom from the falling empire, Deeter had his armor re-forged and became a bounty hunter, keeping his helmet as both a reminder, and a symbol that struck fear in his targets.

Deeter took a sadistic kind of pleasure in hunting down former Imperial higher ups for the New Republic, and it also helped that they were the highest paying bounties.

Recipe is GI Joe Blind Master Head, with Heavy Duty Body, and Imperial Death Trooper head, with sculpey to help the ball joint stay. A light wash of silver for weathering, and random accessories from the pile.

To start off w/ Imperial remnants, I'd like to continue w/ Hasbro's recently neglected source..the Rise of Skywalker w/ a Sith Eternal (Last Order) Officer. A simple Rose (First Order Disquise) repaint w/ a crude hair trim and recolorizing. Sorry about turned images. Tends to happen time to time.

I'm probably going to take this as an opportunity to make some First Order customs. I think we said that we'd consider them to be Imperial Remnant, from a certain point of view.

Upon hearing of the demise of Emperor Palpatine, Moff Ubrik Adelhard locked down the Anoat System, establishing the Iron Blockade.

[/code][/url][/img]This is just a simple head swap. The inspiration was a Tagge brother from old Marvel Star Wars comics. I imagine him as an ambitious officer from R&D, eager to step in to any power vacuum.

The head came from "Wild, Wild, West" happy meal toy: steampunk Kevin Kline.

The Dark Side Adept Sedriss QL was charged with protecting the Spaarti cylinders containing the clones of Emperor Palpatine from would-be usurpers of power to the remnants of the Galactic Empire.

Each Combat Assault Transport used on Morak by the Imperial Remnant was operated by two Juggernaut Pilots.

I wasn't sure I would get to this in time, but I'm glad I did! Took a POTF2 speeder bike and updated the control handles with some styrene tubing. masked off the dark areas and used some Tamiya aircraft spray paint on the body. The trooper is weathered and the bag is cut from some fabric scraps!

Well, I had plans for this one but barely got anything done. These three remnant Imps have been done since the beginning of this yakfinities but I didn't get around to even taking photos until yesterday (Man, life needs to slow down sometimes...) They're just basic repaints, just heavily weathered. The plan was to create a remnant that was left behind on some place like Mimban, seriously outnumbered and ravaged. But these three were all that got done...


I've really enjoyed the work on this one. Looking forward to the next Yakfinities and hoping I can get some good customizing time in.
