Same here. Had quite a few i wanted to tackle, but materials were scarce. Rummaged through several old bins and found a clone body i couldnt ID. It was different than most and though, ehh, may work for a make-shift TROS Sith Royal Guard once repainted and a Range Trooper (i know not accurate but all i had ATM) head and custom cape. Weapon was an extra from Amazon Sith Trooper builder pack.

My creation for this round is a Sentinel Messenger Droid. I took the Battlefront design and added my own flare. This is a prototype version, designed by the Emperor to track down any surviving Imperial Dignitaries, to relay orders upon his death.

Legion Commander Lorgius Vayne. Little is known about Vayne prior to the collapse of the Empire after the Battle of Endor. He sports a number of decorations befitting an officer of his rank - including The Imperial Unit Citation (Suppression of Akiva), The Distinguished Service Medal (Operation Cinder) and the Ghorman Massacre Clasp. However, it is understood that the latter was self-awarded in the field following the complete loss of his unit. Curiously his service record appears to have been inserted into Imperial databases after the Battle of Jakku, where he was found sheltering among locals in a cantina. Vayne often brags that the prominent scar ("schmisse") on his chin was the result of a vibro-blade duel fought in the Imperial Army to uphold the tradition of "Mensur" (inflicting duelling wounds as badges of honour) - although rumours persist that it was actually created under anesthetic by a reprogrammed black market 2-1B medical droid.

Before the new year is wring in, I wanted to add my contributions. Below is my two submissions. Imperial warlord Governor Von Goerke and is aide, Lt. Keller.

The rotund Von Goerke was a loyal servant to Palpatine who refused to surrender to Alliance forces after the second death star’s destruction. In fact the Governor didn’t believe the news at first especially after he learned that the con man Lando Calrissian helped destroy the symbol of imperial might. You see Lando had fleeced the governor in a sabaac match and then further humiliated him when the two crossed paths again after the governor has executed a family friend of Calrissian.

The governor had spent time leading ATAT divisions to suppress protests on world under his control. And yes the governor found the stretch jump suits of a trooper more comfortable than his dress olive drabs.

His aide and secretary Lt. Keller, has only known military service since his youth. To Keller order must be maintained, regardless of the cost in life or the odds Of success.

So last Christmas, I bought the c2 Disney TROS figurine sets hoping to convert them into SA figs, but I wasn't sure if I could pull it off as well as the ones I seen over at Rebelscum. Besides, I didn't have the resources to use for SA additions, especially during quarantine. Then I thought, well if l'm going to card them later, do they really need to be SA? So i got caught up on other projects and back-burnered TROS until a few worked into a custom challenge here. Over the past weekend while rearranging my stored items, l came across these sets and thought, I'll just finish the cardback designs and photoshop the figs in place and see how they look. While figs are not altered, I thought I'd still share the concepts here since they all are Imperial Remnants from a certain POV. I had 8 all together, but only 3 would upload today. I'll try later for the other 5 in next 2 days. The 5 include the remaining 4 Knights of Ren and Jannah-- well she WAS an abandoned Endor Stormtrooper

Love Von Goerke!! Great figure and I love the backstory, too! So much fun!

And I love that his armor extends over his crotch. Who wouldn't want to protect that area, too??

As the "Rebels" took back more and more systems, Imperial outposts were decimated.
These 5 were the sole survivors to escape their station.

While the Moff took a foolish stand, only to get gunned down, his personal assistant and one of his Shadow Troopers managed to escape to where the Moff had a secret shuttle. On the way they picked up a few other survivors as well as meeting up with the pilot. They scavenged some armor and weapons along the way.

Once they escaped, they realized that the Empire was finished, so they decided to stay together and see where fortune took them.
