Wow, Don...that's a drop! You could populate a small cruiser I really like the two Quarren and Kharn mash-up is a great concept - I might have to imitate that idea. Plus, can't resist a Red Sonja reference.

Honestly, it's probably two crews at this point. I really should pick some for crews and get some better crew-together photos.

The crew is comprised of Jor Gedgoa and the crew's muscle, Acick the Wookiee. Spira is the ship's mechanic, and a reprogrammed Imperial K2 droid is her assistant.

Weequay Irg Dir and Hu'zo Tuu, a Kel Dor, are two down-and-out pirates who work the Outer Rim with their equally beat-up astromech.

The Glerb head is a print of a quarren head I found on Thingiverse and modified, Vane is from Skylu3d, and the horned and six-eyed alien heads are prints of files from Redflare Models.
