No worries. It will be worth the waitApologies for the delay in the Roundup Report. Between extended work hours and work travel, holidays, and a funeral, I'm behind schedule. I'll do my best to get caught up this week.

OK, this is now my new favorite custom / modern interpretation of the Kenner Walrus Man figure. Now, my 3-pk Obi-Wan has a purpose rather than just sitting in a fodder box!Hello Yakfaceforumfolks! I'm new here, and this is my first post, but some folks will recognize me from rebelscum forums. I've got a thread over there called 'Silly and or 'lazy' Star Wars custom figures, etc.', which everyone can post their work in as well... anyways, I'm not here today to try to win nuthin', I'm only going to post this one custom, because HASBRO needs to see this thing, so hey, I post him in another forum now, and.... here he is, 'Walrus Man' done 'vintage update style' that they SHOULD have made for that Cantina Adventure 4-Pack! It's not a hard one to make too, swappin' parts, dyeing with RIT synthetic Dye (orange, blue), repainting, head swap, etc. But it looks good! OK, enjoy, and go make one for yourself! It's a Obi-Wan Kenobi base body (from the Disney+ show, the white/beige tunic), I dyed the main body orange and the arms blue, you could just swap arms with the 'wandering Jedi' version for blue arms I guess. Legs needed repainting, and other necessary touch-ups.
OK, I go check out everyone elses customs now too!

MAKE ONE LOL!!! Just be careful if you use dye, it is not a perfect process, I still get some fade/rub-off, but it does help with joint/hinge colors!OK, this is now my new favorite custom / modern interpretation of the Kenner Walrus Man figure. Hello, I sent an email fyi... thank you!!!Ok - got this roundup ready just in time to wrap up 2025!
These Yakfinities Customizing Challenges are something we've been doing for 20 years come 2026... which is absolutely crazy, but a testament to the wonderful community we have here... I'd say at this point, please cherish them if you enjoy them, because there will come a day when these are thing of the past. I don't know how much longer I am going to be able to keep doing them.
That being said, there are at least a few more of these coming and the several customizers who entered this for the first time this round is very heart warming, and of course the many of you that have been participating for years on end are dear to my heart... thank you.
And here is the latest Roundup Report... with huge special thanks to our sponsor, who I hope many of you will give a visit at https://scifidioramaguy.com/collections/the-advantage

Yeah, I have used synthetic dyes in the past. I just about ruined a Target "Kenner" Boba Fett by having red dye residue on my figures and it getting onto Boba's light grey jumpsuit. I planned to use that Fett for a custom, but I ended up having to buy a new figure, and just utilizing the gauntlets off the ruined Fett to make a different "Ketchup & Mustard" Boba Fett.MAKE ONE LOL!!! Just be careful if you use dye, it is not a perfect process, I still get some fade/rub-off, but it does help with joint/hinge colors!
I love seeing these! I've toyed with this idea myself of using the Marauder's Kronos Ops figures as a base for the Cantina Spacemen. So, it's really cool seeing someone make these. I'm still holding out that Hasbro produces an updated Ellors Madak this year. He's probably my most wanted figure because with an updated Ellors Madak body, you could make customized versions of Danz Borin and the other two Spacemen!Custom cantina spacers I made for my Haslab cantina. Ignore spacer groupie, Leesub Sirln, who’s only included for reference photos.
All action figure prizes mailed out this morning, so everyone should receive their figures this week (except Germany winner, that will take longer to arrive).
Apologies for the delay on my side.
😉
Ugh, I'm sorry - I even paid an extra fee at the post office hoping that would be avoided for you.Sorry for the very late reply. Thank you very much @YAK_Chewie for the figure! (the only major disadvantage... I had to pay so much tax that it was almost the price of a new, inexpensive figure). Shipping costs and taxes are really not a good thing for small toy prices.
