Torvex Home Guard-Torvex Home Guard "protect" the citizens of the planet Torvex in the Outer Rim. They are easily recognized by their distinguishable garb. At one time, they were honest, hardworking, and loyal to the Guild Houses. Since the Guild Council was replaced by a single Director, they have since become corrupt. They act as his personal enforcers.
Loving the participation and great customs so far. Lots of creativity and fun submissions.

Thanks! I love your Scouts. The custom heads are very cool, but I was most surprised by how a little paint really transforms those Death Troopers into something new. Great work!

This is a kinda-recent custom that I reworked last weekend. I haven't run this by @YAK_Chewie yet, but here's what I'm thinking; I love the henchman theme for this Yakfinities so I'd like to offer this figure as one of the prizes for this henchman Yakfinities. I'll pay to mail this to the winner.
It's a kit-bash figure with a 3d printed head, add-on Marauders pouches and bandana, and hand painted. No accessories other than the bandana which is removeable.

Here's an off-screen henchman from Jabba's Palace, "Hambre", A Defel warrior!
I used a "Wooof" body dyed with RIT Dyemore Synthetic Dye and a headcast by Darth Sinister Creations, hands from a Ponda Baba recolored as well. I painted his head and details with Vallejo paints and some Liquitex and Mr. Super Clear varnish.

As opportunities for honest employment in the Outer Rim grow slimmer with the fall of the Republic, desperate citizens take up fallen Phase III trooper armour and weapons and become mercenaries for the highest bidder.
Sejup Takek – an Elom, henchman/servant to the Bimm peddler, Ebey Avry Eziren. As with most Elom, Sejup didn’t leave the planet Elom voluntarily. His curiosity got the better of him, and he wandered onto a mineral transport ship just prior to take-off. When found, the ship’s crew “hired” him out as a “laborer” to a star port. Not speaking Basic and with no other Elom around Sejup fell into a deep depression. Eziren saw Sejup while passing through the star port and having picked up a few words of Elom in his travels, greeted him. This was a lifeline for the forlorn Elom, who followed Eziren to his ship and offered his services as a laborer to the peddler. Eziren was happy to oblige him.
Oront the Mok – nothing is known about the species or its galactic home. While on Pasaana during the festival season, Ryeesa was passing through the crowds she encountered Oront. Oront seems to have picked Ryeesa, much like a domestic cat might pick its owner, more than she having recruited him. He is very protective, and Ryeesa doesn’t mind this at all. Ryeesa has come to see Oront a bit like an older brother, though she is still learning how to understand the series of growls and rumbles that constitute Oront’s language.
