Here's a really old Sheltay Retrac custom of mine, from a previous Yakfinities in 2008! Just posting it as an example of an on-screen character that can also be a femme fatale, as she worked as a spy in the EU, outside of her brief appearance in ROTS.View attachment 16518
That's a fantastic custom, but I think the head is a poor match. Since this is a Pirates head, how about the Anjelica figure from the later Pirates line? anjelica.png

Voting is closed now, and it wasn't a tie. We've had many of these going back since 2006 where the voting has been close and we've always stuck with the winning theme. I'm not planning on setting a new precedent just because voting was close.

Also, it doesn't make someone a "gooner" for voting for it, or making a custom of a female character... come on now. But if someone wants to make a Mini Rig custom or any other theme, they can; it's just not going to be included in the roundup report.

In a broader sense, for the first time since I started these in 2006, I'm starting to get burnt out and feeling stressed by Yakfinities. I deal with more than enough stress with real life challenges for negative vibes to start creeping into my hobby (which is supposed to be my escape from the daily drag that is much of my life).

Suggestions are fine and I welcome them, but I'm honestly getting worn down. In conjunction with some negative feedback on the prize options recently, I see a light at the end of the tunnel to get out and focus more time on my photonovel passion.

When something starts feeling like more of an obligation or chore rather than fun, then I know what I have to do. To put things into more perspective, I've personly donated hundreds of figures to Yakfinities over the years out of pocket, spent countless hours putting together roundup reports, promoting these, etc. Essentially, I've expended a lot of "me" to try and do something special for the customizing community with Yakfinities. Sometimes I wonder if it was really worthwhile. Is the juice worth the squeeze? I'd say not really.

Anways, I'm sorry that I can't make everyone happy with these, especially recently. But there will come a time sooner rather than later that I hang up the saddle. It 100% feels right to retire these before too much longer. And when that time comes, hopefully someone can assume ownership of something better for the community.
We appreciate everything you've done, Chewie! Thanks for your tireless efforts! This place wouldn't be the same without you (not even close!)

But if you need to step back for your mental health/stress levels, we're with you 100%!

Hey all, thank you for the feedback and all that. You guys are amazing and both the forums and Yakfinities would not be a thing at all if not for you guys.

I apologize for my negative post the other day. I've been feeling down for a variety of reasons and should not allow for that to be on display here.

I won't get into further details, but again appreciate each of you and look forward to seeing everyone's submissions.

Thanks, the head that I used was my best option, as I liked it because of the tight pulled back hair, as seen on the actor. Remember, this was back in 2008, and the figure that you mentioned came out in 2011, so wouldn't have been available. It's certainly good fodder for female customs - have you used it previously?

Makes sense!

No, but I have that head floating around and she earmarked for a custom that I haven't made yet (and, let's be honest, may never will!)

Keep your head up, @YAK_Chewie. Yakfinites makes Yakface a fun place to visit and I appreciate your work and everyone's submissions. But I understand where you come from with your frustrations. I dealt with similar attitudes while doing the Top Ten lists... and, yeah, there came a point to where I questioned why I was doing it when it was supposed to be for fun amongst collectors/fans. These are fun things we do as mods but are also time-consuming (between work and family things), but if it comes with the cost of negativity, then it isn't fun not is it worth it. In the end, you need to do what's best for you in this situation.

Roxi Redd-Born Roxy Kelsyn, the vocalist Roxi Redd entertains Imperials on Byblos located in the Colonies. She often flirts with them and welcomes their attention. It's common for her to "entertain" several officers at the same time. The truth of the matter she is a spy, saboteur, and "problem solver" for the Rebellion. As a performer, she is a natural master of disguise. Very few people have seen her without any enhancement. This allows her to go unnoticed and achieve her missions 20260502_183627.jpg

Hello YAK Chewie. I don't comment much but I check in every now and then to read the comments. I was disheartening to read your post. I can understood how you would become disillusioned with all of this. And if you walked away tomorrow; so be it. But I should thank you before you go. Win, lose or draw in this, it his been my pleasure to take part. Something I now share with my son. "Is the juice worth the squeeze"?. In five, ten or twenty years time, who's going to care, but for our little corner of the universe, this is who we are, and we care. So take care, and I wish you all the best.

L'ursa A'onra is an extremely elusive Duros Femme Fatale who frequents the bars, saloons, nightclubs and cantinas looking for her next victim to swindle, rip off or hustle. If her plans end up turning threatening toward herself, in any way, she has little trouble making that threat disappear. Though not a Force wielding individual, her skills in cunning and craftiness rival that of the most revered bounty hunters in the galaxy. Her abilities dabble near supernatural tendencies.

Hands - Duros pilot
Body - Mae

I was in a bit of Western-inspired phase and came up with a few of these...as well as two Old Republic. This one is probably my favorite. I have been a lurker in the Forums but have never really submitted anything and not really sure how it goes. Here goes.

No Name for her, but she is a space gun-for-hire anti-hero type...Female, cosmic version of the Man with No Name
Comic Black Widow buck,
Monet St. Croix head,
Aurra Sing holster.

Lexi Vonn-The Zeltron Lexi Vonn is a common sight at Tower #2112 on Byblos. She runs the Skyline Club on the top level of the tower. On the surface, she appears as nothing more than "decoration". However, she's the head of a crime syndicate on planet. Using her natural charm and her species abilities of telepathy and pheromones, she has amassed a sizeable 'staff".20260517_112643.jpg
