I regularly check out Starshipmodeler.net, which features just plain awesome builds and conversions of stock and scratch built kits. We've all seen that insane AT-AT wreck, right?

Anyway, they have a new contest: Pimp My Ship!

And check out this fan film!

So how's about a special Yakfinities, just for pimped up ships? I know most of us focus mainly on figures, but it'd be cool to see what we come up with for Speeder Bikes, TIEs, A-Wings, AT-STs, Landspeeders and what not!

What say you, fellow chop shoppers :?:

Sounds cool... let's add it to a contest idea for voting!

So. Cal
i could get down with this one. may i suggest running this as a bit longer a contest than the regular yakfinities as a ship/speeder etc. may take a bit longer than a figure does..... :)

That's true, I'm actually already working on an A-Wing. I'm currently making panel lines and removing the raised lines on that thing. After that, it's a nice coat of silver on it and from there on I'll see what happens!

Well, I have finished engraving panel lines and removing the raised lines on the left top side. There are also a lot of rivets on that thing, but I decided to remove those as well. Rivets...... surely the Alliance has some sort of better technology like that, like say welding?

It sure is a lot of work, but I do it during tv shows I don't really watch, so....
