[darthvlad]

This week Yak's Top Ten 2018 turns its attention on: The Vintage Collection: Solo (A Star Wars Story)
Rules:

• Pick up to 10 figures you’d like to see done in 4” The Vintage Collection scale.
  • If submissions have more than ten entries, only the first ten will be considered!
Do not list multipacks as a single entry
    Only one vote per character
All figures are eligible, whether it’s a new figure, a repaint, re-issue, deluxe, etc.
Feel free to add descriptions to any of your choices, such as pack-ins.
A tie-breaker will be done to determine #10 if more than one character gets the same votes!

Have fun!

[darthvlad]

01. Qi'ra (Kessell)
02. Dryden Vos
03. Tobias Beckett
04. Tobias Beckett (Imperial Disguise)
05. Val
06. L3-37
07. Rio Durante
08. Han Solo (Mudtrooper)
09. Imperial Patrol Trooper
10. Lando Calrissian (Numidian Prime)

I love all the basic figures, so I'm good without SA updates - I'd lean more toward the obscure or brief characters:

Maul
Maul (holo)
Therm Scissorpunch
Argus "Six Eyes" Panox
Lady Proxima

Chussido (Rodian)
Dryden Vos
Mimbanese alien / soldier
DD-BD
T1M8-LT2

Thought I'd separate the Maul category, as I'd like both versions of him. I also mentioned a couple small droids that would only have 2-3 POA, so they aren't really TVC worthy unless in a 2-pack. As I mentioned in previous polls - I'll gladly take any and all of these in the basic line instead.

[ThisIsNoCave]

SOLO - A STAR WARS STORY
-Imperial Patrol Trooper
-Chewbacca
-Tobias Beckett
-11-3K Viper Droid
-Dryden Vos
-Argus Panox (6 eyes)
-Qi'ra (Kessel)
-P6B-LT2 (Kessel astromech)
-Hylobon Enforcers (Crimson Dawn Guards)
-Maul

***HONORABLE MENTIONS / SIDE NOTE: I would love to see a poll for multipacks, because I think a pair of SOLO themed multipacks with Han and Lando and all of the Sabacc players would be a great offering. Think of the SAGA screen scenes with the Geonosian War Room, but with the Sabacc table and players.

There is so much great reference material from this movie.... I'm afraid because of the lackluster box office results they won't touch many of these though. Anyways, here's my list:

1 - Imperial Patrol Trooper
2 - Tobias Beckett (smuggler)
3 - Tobias Beckett (Mimban)
4 - Mud Trooper
5 - Glaucus (Sabacc alien)
6 - Dava Cassamam (Sabacc alien)
7 - Therm Scissorpunch (Sabacc alien)
8 - Dryden Vos
9 - Crimson Dawn Guard
10 - Qi'ra (Crimson Dawn)

*EDIT* - Removed Lady Proxima from my list. She would work out well in the upcoming Creatures category.

[nyjediknight2018]

01. Han Solo (Kessel Guard’s Disguise)
02. Tobias Beckett (Tuul’s Skiff Guard Disguise)
03. Darth Maul (Hologram)
04. Dryden Vos (Crime Lord or Gangster of Crimson Dawn)
05. Imperial Patrol Driver, Stormtrooper or Trooper (Galactic Empire)
06. Tobias Beckett (Imperial Officer’s Disguise)
07. Argus (Six-Eyes) Panox (The Lodge Patron) (Azumel Species)
08. Captain Aemon Gremm (Dryden Vos’ Chief Security Officer or Hylobon Enforcer)
09. Lando Calrissian (Numidian Prime Gear or Outfit)
10. Iasento (Male Member of Mimbanese Liberation Army or Mimbanese Guerrillas)

[Jodo]

Here are my picks. I will say that it was surprising to find out just how many figures I wanted from this movie. I've only seen it twice, and had to go through the visual guide to realize what I wanted to see...But there is still a lot of good source material for action figures in this movie.

SA Patrol Trooper
Imperial Emigration Officer
Mimbanese Warrior
SA Mudtrooper
Dryden Vos
Dryden Vos Guard
Six Eyes
Orange Rodian Swoop Guy
Val in Imperial Disguise
Becket in Imperial Disguise

Additionally, I'd also take:

Maul
Literally any of the Kessel droids
SA Rio
SA Val
SA Beckett

[vikingrobot]

It's hard to rank so I'd be happy with any of these.

1. Dryden Vos
2. Imperial Patrol Trooper (release a speeder too)
3. Mudtrooper
4. Qi-Ra
5. Val
6. L3
7. Beckett
8. Rio
9 & 10...any two droids from Kessel

[my kind of scum]

Only ten is hard from this one as there is a lot that I want to see...

1. Qi'ra (Corellia)
2. Qi'ra (Kessel)
3. Rio Durant
4. Val
5. Becket
6. L337
7. Dryden Vos
8. Therm Scissorpunch
9.Argus Panox
10. Chusido (? - the rodian from Nest's gang)

[TomChorlton]

1. Qi'ra (Kessel)
2. Dryden Vos
3. Beckett
4. Val
5. Rio Durant
6. L3-37
7. Enfys Nest (with removable mask!)
8. Maul
9. Dryden's Enforcer
10. Lando in his awesome Hawaiian shirt from the end of the movie, plus, I also want that shirt please.

For 5POA stuff, or TVC, or whatever, I'd really like sets that included ALL the characters around the Sabacc table though. Like those old sets of the Jedi Council, or the Separatist leaders. Those guys are amazing. Don't need super articulation for then, though.

[KIM]

1. Imperial disguise Beckett
2. Imperial disguise Val
3. Rio Durant
4. Mimban Lieutenant
5. Chussido
6. Tubes
7. Silvasu Fi
8. Gelan Yees
9. Prune Jant
10. Tayshin Maxa

[urukai966]

1. Imperial Patrol
2.Lt.Falthina Sharest
3.Lasento
4.Rio Durant (Mimban)
5.Baroosh Pawk
6.Qi´ra (Vandor)
7.Yorsh Manted
8.P4T-GDM
9.Moda Maxa
10.Dhowar Repareed

[YanSolo]

In order:

01 - Lady Proxima
02 - Therm Scissorpunch
03 - L3-37
04 - Dava Cassamam
05 - Decraniated
06 - 11-3K Viper Droid
07 - Tobias Beckett (Tanteel Armor)
08 - Tobias Beckett (Mimban)
09 - Rio (Mimban)
10 - Val (Mimban)

BUT... I want a tonne more figures than can fit in this top 10 list.

All the Sabacc players, a slew of Kessel droids (DD-BD, P4T-GDM, P6B-LT2 at the top of that list), all of the Cloud-Riders (with speeders), Crimson Dawn characters, Imperials (Lt. Fatlhina Sharest, the Imperial Navy Trooper, and the Imperial Patrol Trooper (with speeder)), lots of fighter droids, and some more White Worm characters.

[reverendstrone]

So many wants from this film that I cannot hope to squeeze onto a list of just ten, so I am prioritizing the fun aliens and droids ...

11-3K Viper Droid
DD-BD
L3-37 (we need a better version at 3.75" scale)
Therm Scissorpunch
Lark & Jonk
GB-DB
Karjj
Dava Cassamam
Chussido (Cloudrider)
Auromae Iselo (Cloudrider)
